I'm looking to make my own website for College Hoops, and most of the one's I've seen haven't been meant for basketball, but football. Any suggestions?

DynastyManager.com
Otherwise, I would suggest Dynasty Central.com (what I use) -

I certainly don't want to pay, but did you have to donate to DynastyCentral.com to get a good site. Because the free one you get seems to be kinda crappy.
BASIC
- multiple-year, one-sport dynasty
- No team stats, roster, or recruiting information
- No ability to rate dynasties

Yeah, no rosters or stats is dumb, but you have schedule editor, recap manager (for every game), news stories (such as transactions or whatever, you could make a news story with the rosters or stats in them). Obviously it's inferior to DM.com, but it's still good. Just sign up and take a look around, it doesn't hurt to try.Comment
