Season Wrap-Up
The 2003 season is over. Here's how the future teams of our 8 recruits did:
Arizona
The Wildcats had an amazing year. They earned a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament, and got on a roll at the right time, winning 6 straight to win the national title and finish the year 34-5.
Duke
The Blue Devils also had a great year. They earned a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament, and went all the way to the title game before losing to Arizona. They finished the season 31-8.
North Carolina
The Tar Heels had a very good year, and ended up earning a #3 seed after beating Duke in the ACC Championship. But they were upset by #11 seed Providence in the 2nd round of the tournament, and finished up 25-8.
Florida
The Gators had a successful season. They earned a #3 seed in the tournament and advanced to the Sweet 16 before losing to UCLA. They finished up 29-6.
Boston College
In their first year in the ACC, the Eagles did pretty well. After getting a #9 seed in the tournament, they won one game before losing to UConn, and ended up 24-9.
Wisconsin
Wisconsin had a decent year, but it wasn't good enough to get them in the NCAA tournament. They did get a #1 seed in the NIT, and finished the year 22-12.
Illinois
The Illini had a pretty good year in the Big 10, and they earned a #5 seed in the tournament. They advanced to the Sweet 16 before losing to Duke, and they finished up 23-9.
Wake Forest
Wake had a good year in the tough ACC. They barely made it into the tournament as a #9 seed, and won their first game before losing to Kansas in round 2. They ended up 21-12.Comment
