    Game 12:Lipscomb @ Steston

Nashville(AP) - Anthony Register had a career day with 33 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assist and 2 blocks as the Stetson Hatters ousted the Lipscomb Bison 70-54.

Stetson had the lead throughout this game but actually the Bison played much better than the score would indicate. With a late 3, the Bison cut the halftime deficit to 10. After half, the Bison cut the lead down to 8 but that would be the closest they would get. Said Coach Sanderson, "This is the first time all year I've seen my guys play with intensity and passion, and the outcome not be a win. Our free throws have been much better over the last few games and their effort on the court is a complete 180 from what it was earlier in the year."

Lipscomb (2-10, 1-6 ASC) shot 21 of 30 from the stripe and 5 of 17 from beyond the arc. However, the Hatters shot 5 of 8 from beyond the arc and 11 of 15 from the free throw line.

Brian Fisk of Lipscomb was the Bison leader with 27 points with James Poindexter adding 9 points.

                Game 13:Lipscomb @ Belmont

Nashville(AP) - In a game for the ages, Brian Fisk once again led the charge with 20 points in a 69-68 victory against the Belmont Bruins.

Down 58-50 with 4:10 left in the game, Lipscomb needed some big plays to get back in the game, and boy did they get it. Brian Fisk pump faked from beyond the arc, drew the shooter, and nailed the three. He made the free throw to complete the 4 point play. However, Belmont came right back down the court, to complete a three point play to make it 61-54. This would be the last points Belmont would score for some time as Lipscomb went on a 10-0 run over the next two minutes to make it 64-61 Bisons.

With the score being 65-65,James Poindexter was found down the court for the layup, making it 67-65 with 40 seconds left. Not only did the Bruins find a counter, they nailed a three with 25 seconds left to make it 68-67. After the ball taken up the court by Fisk, he dished one of his team leading 4 assist to the baseline where Poindexter came up with another big shot, and taking the lead for good at 69-68. The Bruins had one last shot, but to no avail, missed the three.

Said Coach Sanderson, "That is one of the most excited games I've ever played in. These kids gave me a near heart attack out there but I'm glad to see we beat one of rivals." James Poindexter, pulled a Tyler Palko with his language in an interview after the game, by saying "Holy ****, that was a hell of a game. I'm glad I could be the one to win it for us."

Belmont (5-10, 2-6 ASC) had five players with atleast 9 points but none over 13.

Poindexter finished with 17 points and 3 rebounds in his heroic performance.

The Bison (3-10, 2-6 ASC) finished with zero offensive rebounds, something Coach Sanderson said must change in the coming games.

                    Game 14:Florida Atlantic @ Lipscomb

Nashville(AP) - Pierre Tucker lead all scorers with 25 points while Mike Bell added 24 of his own in a Florida Atlantic 95-84 win.

Tucker also had 6 rebounds while Bell had 10 rebounds and 3 blocks to go along with his 24 points. From the early going, Lipscomb (3-11, 2-7 ASC) looked good, starting off with a 6-1 lead and 10-7 before FAU took over. The Owls had a lead as big as 20, but the Bison were able to make it respectable in the end. Said Coach Sanderson, "Excessive charge calls and missed free throws cost us the game, plain and simple. We played good, but obviously not good enough. Florida Atlantic is a good team, definitely the top of the class in the Atlantic Sun."

Lipscomb ended up with four players in double figures for the first time all season, with Corey King (15), James Poindexter (14) and Cameron Robinson (12) to go along with Brian Fisk's team high 18 points. Fisk also added 4 assist and a rebound.

The Bison shot 30 of 47 from the foul line while shooting 4 of 9 from behind the arc. The Bison will travel to down to face Florida Atlantic in six days.

                            Game 15:Central Florida @ Lipscomb

Nashville(AP) - James Poindexter lead all scorers with 24 points, including 16 of 18 from the free throw line as the Lipscomb Bison knock off Central Florida 69-67 at Allen Arena.

This was the classic see-saw battle, as both teams had leads, but nothing larger than 6 throughout the entire game. Late in the game, with the Bison holding a 61-58 lead, the unthinkable would happen. The Golden Knights ended up with a 5 point play, taking the lead 63-61. The Bison were able to respond, creating a 3 point play of their own. Free throws down the stretch were the key to victory for Lipscomb (4-11, 3-7).

Coach Sanderson said "We are really starting to gel as a team, and I told this team from the beginning, free throws were going to be our key to alot of victories because this team isn't going to blow anyone out of the water. Tonight was the prime example of this, and "Pony" came up huge with all his free throw shots."

Gary Johnson of UCF lead with 26 points and 4 assist and William Bakanowski had 8 points, 6 boards and 3 steals but it wasn't enough.

Brian Fisk added 14 points, 2 assist and 2 rebounds for the Bison. Cameron Robinson chipped in as well, with 8 points and 7 rebounds.
