            Game 21:Lipscomb @ Georgia State

Nashville(AP) - Brian Fisk had a career day, scoring 42 points, dishing out 5 assist and grabbing 4 rebounds as the Lipscomb Bison shock the Georgia State Panthers 80-73.

Early in this game, it looked as if Georgia State (13-10, 11-5 ASC) was going to bust down the gates, after starting with consecutive three pointers. However, things slowed down and missed shots allowed the Bison to stick around. Foul trouble was also a problem for the Panthers, especially for Travis Degroot, who finished with 13 points, in 13 minutes before fouling out, and Marcus Brown, who also fouled out, and finished with 17 points.

Lipscomb (5-16, 4-12 ASC) went to the line 50 times in the game, and made 40 of them. Brian Fisk himself went to the line 31 times, making 26. James Pointdexter went 9 of 9 from the line.

Charlie Jenney had a career high in rebounds, with 18 while also scoring 6 points and 2 assist.

Said Coach Scott Sanderson, "That was the best game we have played all season, far and away. (Brian) Fisk looked like an seasoned veteran and if we can play like that the rest of the games, who knows where that could lead."

Up next for the Bison, Campbell as they finish out the season at home.
