    Memphis Tigers Legacy (CH2k5)

Well, since I finished my season at Virginia and didn't feel like doing another season with them I started a Memphis legacy.

The competition in the C-USA is tough but it should be a fun legacy.

Sean Banks shall lead us to the promise land!
    Blind to this impending fate

Updated with my score over Penn State.

I didn't feel like writing a recap or anything, but Jeremy Hunt went off. 18 points off the bench.

Duane Erwin had a good game (11 rebounds, 9 points, 5 assists)

            Banks scored 20

Glad to see this getting started..

Washington should be good for a few years for you.

                Good luck this season.

                    Updated.

My best game yet, it was down to the wire.

Rodney Carney is now an icon.

Whew, 2 buzzer beaters in the same game!?

That's insane, you're lucky to have him.

Good to see Washington playing well for you w/ that double-double.

Keep it up, it's a great read.

                            Recruiting Update

The Memphis Tigers recieved two letters of intent today.

Tim Canter ***** - A 6'7'' 222 pound center from Hialeah, Florida with a great knack for scoring on offense signed with the Memphis Tigers. He has great quickness for a Center and gets rebounds with his athleticism.

Michael Brewer **** - A 6'2'' 186 pound shooting guard from Memphis, Tennessee who is a great offensive player with great hustle and quickness. He is also a good rebounder and could probably play a little Small Forward if needed.

                            Players Considering Memphis

Varney Conroy ***** - A 5'9'' 160 pound point guard from Waukegan, Illinois who is good on offense and a great rebounder because of his incredible leaping ability. He is compared to Nate Robinson of the Washington Huskies because of his size and his hustle and determination to win. Memphis is currently battling with Kansas and Duke to win this prized recruit.

Elmore Peavy *** - A 7'1'' 253 pound center from Waterloo, Indiana is incredibly interested in Memphis and will likely sign in a few days. Peavy is a great offensive player with good rebounding because of his remarkable size. Coach Woodlock contacted Peavy for his size alone, he wanted a big man to be able to dominate down low and open up many oppurtunities for his teammates. Peavy turned out to be a great player with tons of potential. Peavy and Canter would make an impressive freshmen duo in the frontcourt.
