Help choose my NBA team for ESPN NBA 2K5

I'll still be running my Gators legacy, but I'm going to start an NBA franchise so I can import my players to the NBA. However, I'm at a lost as to who I should choose. I want to roll with one that has a good future, but also doesn't suck and is a challenge. I'll throw in one team from each conference, and you help me choose... please.

Grrr... My poll didn't go through. Anyway, I'll just put the teams here:

-New Jersey Nets
-Cleveland Cavaliers
-Orlando Magic
-Memphis Grizzlies
-Portland Trail Blazers

I don't want to play with one of my favorite teams (Seattle, Miami, Dallas), nor a team from the Pacific conference.

I'll have this up until I get ESPN NBA 2K5 and when I figure out how to get a downloaded roster to my PS2 when the computer and PS2 are in different rooms.
