    Baltimore Ravens (Madden 2005)

Nah, don't panic people, I'll still be doing BOTH my Michigan and Suns legacy/dynasty. But I gotta have a football franchise going too.

        Ravens sign Rod Woodson

In a bit of a blast from the past, the Ravens have signed 17-year veteran Free Safety Rod Woodson to a one-year contract.

Woodson is widely considered one of the best Defensive Backs of all-time, and spent 4 seasons (1998-2001) with Baltimore, in which he racked up 20 INTs and 5 defensive TDs.

In Baltimore's Super Bowl season of 2000, Woodson had 75 tackles and 4 INTs.

Woodson went to the Pro Bowl from 1989-1995 and 1999-2002, a total of 11 times. He is expected to start at FS over Will Demps.

                    Ravens make trade

In another blast from the past of their 2000 Championship, the Ravens traded OLB Peter Boulware along with their 2nd and 3rd round draft picks to the Houston Texans for MLB Jamie Sharper, along with the Texans' 4th and 5th round picks.

Sharper spent the first five years of his career with the Ravens (1997-2001), registering 103 tackles and 6 sacks before being taken in the Expansion Draft by Houston, where he registered 137 and 164 tackles in his two seasons.
