Coach Jarvis enters, with casual clothing and a Maryland University hat on, smiling greatly, happy after landing the job of his dreams. One newspaper reporter was there, as others hadnt yet learned the news.
Balimore Sun Newspaper Reporter: Coach Jarvis, this was a shock to hear about Coach Fridge being fired. What are your thoughts on that?
Coach Jarvis: It was terrible news to hear about Fridge being fired. I was a big supporter of him, and I wish him the best.
Reporter: Now on to the football, what offensive scheme are you planning on using?
Coach Jarvis: I plan on using the Pistol Offense. Nevada uses it to perfection at times, and I want that success here at Maryland. On defense, I want to use the 3-3-5 Stack. It confuses teams, and they dont know what to expect. West Virginia uses it well. It fits my style of running teams as well.
Reporter: One final question, How do you think recruiting will go in the first 2 or 3 years?
Coach Jarvis: I doubt we will land any 5 star recruits in the first season or two, but they hopefullly will come along soon. Well, ive gotta go discuss football with the team, thanks for coming.
