Funky home-road splits!
49ers 1-6 at home and the Pats 2-4. Positive is that it likely to even out (I'll guess some "bad luck" was involved).
Don't see that everyday

Re: No More Brady - A Ryan Mallett Patriots Story (Madden 13)
Beg For Mercy!
Patriots bounce back with huge win
PATRIOTS 59 - 49ers 10
Foxboro, MA - The New England Patriots are not going down easy. Ryan Mallett single handedly took the 49ers defense on a wild rollercoaster while throwing 5 touchdowns to 4 different receivers. This game wasn't a blow out from the start though.
The game was close and Mallett threw 2 interceptions before he even threw a touchdown. Carlos Rogers had Mallet's number today, but only for a brief time. The 49ers were just flat, they couldn't stop the pass at all in the second half. Mallett threw his best performance of the season and is hopefully up for Player of Week this week.
Ryan Mallett wasn't the only highlight here. The double backfield of Ridley and Bolden almost tore up 200 yards combined. Kyle Arrington pulled down another interception to keep himself on top of defense backs in the NFL. LaRod Stephens-Howling finally showed his worth by averaging 18 yards per return and taking one to the house when the game was already won.
The Patriots defense was strong as they kept the whole 49ers offense under 250 yards for the day. Frank Gore lit up the ground but with being so far behind, they had to abandon the run game and just air it out. That didn't prove well for the 49ers as they were only able to achieve 9 first downs all game.
Next week the Patriots fly back down to sunny Florida and take on Maurice Jones-Drew and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Depending on the outcome of the Jets and Bills games, we could be looking at a close division race with only 2 games remaining. See you in warm sunny Florida...

I am SHOCKED. Shocked and APPALLED. At these allegations!!
I had nothing to do with it! Flacco is just becoming the elite quarterback that he says that he is!
<- pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
BTW, I guess this is a bad time to mentioned that the Pats are offering me Mallet + #7 for McFadden? *whistles innocently*

2012 - Week #15
A Big-Time Problem - Cowboys officials may be keeping a cool head in public, but in private they must be freaking out after getting the news that DeMarcus Ware and Jay Ratliff are out for the year.
The Worst Kind of News - CB Nnamdi Asomugha is a fan favorite and one of the best in the NFL, so it's bad news for fans that he's now out for the year.
Gone in the Short Term - The Panthers want to get one more look at DeAngelo Williams, but team officials believe he will only be out for a couple of weeks.
Taking Care of Home Field - Fans in New England should have nothing to complain about as their boys routed the 49ers this week.
See Who's Tweetin'
@mortreportEA - As the season winds down, J. Garrett knows he has disappointed with a team that expects to win every year.@mortreportEA - J. Schwartz knows fans expected better, fair or not. He'll need to look for a positive way to end things.@MarkSchlerethEA - Coaches with bad records just face more and mroe media pressure as the weeks progress. #Cardinals #hotseat@MikeHillEA - This is a football-crazed country, so you can't expect the masses to be patient. #hotseat #Browns@RossTuckerEA - Sub-.500 years are going to get you in trouble in the NFL, regardless of the year. #hotseat #Rams@SkipBaylessEA - J. Philbin needs to end this year on a high note. Fans will not be very forgiving of this type of year.@SkipBaylessEA - Does anybody really think Tom Coughlin shouldn't be criticized for the year he's had to this point?@RoFloEA - Clearly Darrius Heyward-Bey is having a very good season.@SkipBaylessEA - Running backs may be less important now, but you can't tell me DeMarco Murray getting 1,000 yards is a bad thing.@WingozEA - 1,000 yards for Trent Richardson, and would you really be surprised if he just keeps on trucking?@RoFloEA - Spoke with Willis McGahee, and he feels 1,000 yards is the bare minimum he should get each year.@MarkSchlerethEA - Anquan Boldin has been on the same page all year long with his quarterback. #keepthrowing@SkipBaylessEA - You just get a sense that the offensive chemistry is better with Greg Jennings on the field.@MarkSchlerethEA - It's not a coincidence the Bears have done this on the ground. Great blocking, great talent.@RossTuckerEA - Been fun watching a perfectly balanced running system in Chicago this year.@SkipBaylessEA - Nothing better than seeing a rushing attack that just dominates the game. Passing isn't the only option!@WingozEA - The Bears have had a ridiculous year on the ground, racking up 2,000 yards of rushing offense.@MattMillerEA - Easy enough to say the Saints have been effective turning teams over this year.@WingozEA - So, uh, good hustle out there Patriots...@SkipBaylessEA - If DeAngelo Williams was out all year I'd say the Panthers were in more trouble, but that's not the case it seems.@AdamSchefter - Team doctors for the Eagles have said the injury to Nnamdi Asomugha will end his year.@SkipBaylessEA - If you're the Cowboys right now, there's no positive spin to put on this injury to DeMarcus Ware.@mortreportEA - Per sources, ROLB DeMarcus Ware is lost for the rest of the year. #IR@mortreportEA - Out for the year: DT Jay Ratliff put on injured reserve by the #Cowboys@SCollinsEA - Matt Forte was a whiz kid in week 15. #NFCPoW@mortreportEA - This week ends with Willis McGahee atop the #AFC. #PoW@RoFloEA - Using the term 'man possessed' sums up the play of O'Brien Schofield this week. #NFCPoW@RossTuckerEA - Brian Cushing was the defense this week for the Texans. #AFCPoW

Re: No More Brady - A Ryan Mallett Patriots Story (Madden 13)
Playoffs are getting closer
Stevan Ridley Leads Patriots to a win
PATRIOTS 17 - Jaguars 13
Jacksonville, FL - The Tale of Two Halves. First half the Patriots were unstoppable and kept the Jaguars at bay. The second half included multiple interceptions thrown by Mallett. I'm surprised the Patriots won.
Stevan Ridley and Devin McCourty are the only two highlights from the game. Ridley tore up 130 yards on the ground and McCourty got a late 4th quarter pick to seal the deal for the Patriots. Mallett continues his inconsistant nature this year. He couldn't not get into rhythm with his wide receivers and get the ball down the field.
Not much more to say about this game, but I'm curious on how the Jets and Bills did. I hope both lost so I can be in the lead alone. Week 17 is in Foxboro against the Dolphins. Patriots should win the game out and hopefully make it into the playoffs. Until next week...
