What to Watch For Carolina rushing attack vs. Broncos Defense
-The Panthers run a variety of option and wildcat plays. The game will almost certainly come down to if the Broncos can stop the Panthers rushing attack and make Cam Newton beat them through the air.
DeAngelo Williams protecting the ball
-Williams has had problems protecting the ball all season long for the Panthers and the Denver Broncos D is a hard hitting defense that can force fumbles in bunches. It will be up to Williams to protect the ball and prevent setting up Manning in great field position.
Broncos Offense vs. Panthers Defense
-If the Panthers offense and Broncos defense plays to a stale, ate (which is a real possibility) the Broncos offense will have to step-up for the Broncos. The team still has one of the lowest ranked offenses and turns the ball over more than any other team in the league. Having McGahee back could help spark the running game and make Manning's play-action attack even more powerful.
Panthers' woes at home
-The Panthers have a solid 5-3 record but have been awful in front of their home fans. All of the Panthers' losses have come at home as they have amassed a 1-3 record so far at Bank of America Stadium.

IRWhat to Watch For Willis McGahee vs. Chargers Defense
-The Chargers have one of the worst ranked run defenses in the league despite their 2nd overall defensive rank. Willis McGahee has struggled at times this year, but if he wants a breakout game, this is it.
Shaun Phillips Blitzes
-Phillips buried Manning 3 times in the first meeting between these 2 teams. That total is equal to the amount of sacks he has tallied in all other games this season. Look for him to have a big day blitzing Manning.
Phillip Rivers
-The Chargers are fighting for their slim playoff lives early in the season and they need to come out of this game with some positives. This game will be on the shoulder of Phillip Rivers and the Chargers want to see if he can finally step up in a key game.

IRWhat to Watch For Jamaal Charles
-Jamaal Charles has been having a solid season and can eclipse the 1,000 yard mark if he can have a big day against the Broncos. That might not be an easy task against the Broncos run defense which is currently ranked 2nd in the league.
Tamba Hali
-Hali comes into this game currently the leading runner for AFC Defensive POTY. The linebacker has 7 sacks and the Broncos have struggled with blitzes all season long.
Von-Doom
-The Broncos tandem of pass rushers might be the best on any team in the league. These 2 players have already accounted for 16 sacks. Look for Miller blitz often and occasionally lineup at DE for the Broncos.
Bowe v. Bailey
-The Broncos cornerback is coming off of a 2 interception game against the Chargers. Expect Champ to shadow Bowe all game and see if Cassel will test him.

IRWhat to Watch For Buccaneers Defense
-The Buccaneers have one of the worst defenses in the NFL. The key to success for them will be sto stop someone, anyone on this Broncos offense. Meanwhile, McGahee is still looking for his first 100-yard rushing game since returning from injury and this represents as good of a chance as any.
Doug Martin
-Rushing teams haven't had much success against the Broncos defense as of late, especially those that lack a strong passing attack. Doug Martin will have to break that trend against the Broncos or the Buccaneers will be forced to rely on the arm of Josh Freeman to get the W.
MLB Mason Foster
-Mason Foster leads the Buccaneers defense with 4 interceptions this season. Peyton Manning has had issues with throwing interceptions to linebackers. This could be an ideal situation for the second year veteran.

IRWhat to Watch For Palmer vs. Manning
-No one had Palmer on their radar as a QB to watch this year, but he has played well after a rocky start. Both of these quarterbacks started off the season throwing too many interceptions, but both have settled down to ear respectabe passer ratings and TD/INT ratios. The better of the 2 in this game could be the deciding factor.
Darren McFadden
-The Broncos shut McFadden down in thier first meeting in Denver. McFadden has a habit of abusing Broncos' defenses. He needs a breakout game here to help keep some pressure off of Palmer.
Pass Rushers
-The Raiders have one of the best DTs in the game in Richard Seymour. The guy has 10 sacks this season and will be looking to add to that total. On the other side, the Broncos have the best tandem in the league in Dumervil and Miller. The duo has 23 combined sacks this season.
Playoff Push
-Despite the .500 record for the Raiders, they are still in the wildcard chase. This win could go a long way in either making or missing the playoffs. What better team to get a victory against than one of your biggest rivals?

3 WeeksWhat to Watch For Playoff Fight
-The Broncos have their playoff spot locked down. The Ravens, however, are fighting for their playoff lives. They are just a game behind the Steelers for the lead of the AFC North. A team with a losing record might end up winning this division, but the Ravens wouldn't like to count on it.
Willis McGahee
-Willis McGahee spent a good chunk of his career with the Ravens before joining the Broncos. McGahee is coming off of a horrible game against the Raiders. Look for him to atone for those two things as he rushes against the league's worst ranked defense.
Flacco-Rice
-These two have not lived up to expectations in the win department, but both have played decently. Rice has over 1,000 yards this season and will try to increase that number against the best ranked run defense in the league.
Misleading Records
-The Broncos have faced skepticism all season long about their winning streak being against sub-par teams. They will look to put doubts to rest in this game against a team everyone feels is substantially better than their 6-7 record.
