Just a question is he a scrambler and if so watch out wyoming about to murder you fools
He's a balanced quarterback presently slated at 3rd on the depth chart behind two scramblers in Nick Smith (85 OVR) and Greg Powers (80 OVR), He has 77 SPD, 66 AGI, 67 ACC and 63 BTK at the moment.

Utah State Aggies 2017-2018 Media Guide
      Part 1: Schedule
Part 2: Depth Chart (Meet the Team)
Part 3: Closing Remarks, Coaching Staff

      Defense

      Linebackers

      Outside

      Left
Kevin Peters (JR) 6'2 231 LBS 86 OVR
      70 Tackles 32 for loss 4.5 Sacks 2 FF
      Jonathan Christensen (RS-JR) 6'0 236 LBS 73 OVR
Jesse Greene (FR) 6'4 223 LBS 69 OVR

      Right
      Dion Hall (RS-JR) 6'4 257 LBS 76 OVR
      2 Tackles
Wynne Archer (FR) 6'2 217 LBS 75 OVR

      Inside
      Chase Christiansen (RS-SR) 6'2 223 LBS 85 OVR
      38 Tackles 17 For loss 2.5 Sacks 1 INT 1 FF
      Keenan Harris (RS-JR) 6'3 211 LBS 80 OVR
      46 Tackles 9 For loss 1 Sack 1 INT
      Shawn Simmons (RS-SO) 6'2 238 LBS 79 OVR
      4 Tackles
      Malcom Thomas (RS-JR) 6'1 268 LBS 70 OVR
      2 Tackles
      Dustin Wright (RS-SO) 6'1 226 LBS 70 OVR
Jeff Taylor (FR) 5'11 237 LBS 68 OVR
Fred Cook (FR) 6'4 257 LBS 62 OVR

The move to the 3-4 has led Coach Kozlov to stock up on interior linebacker depth while also shuffling players around to get the best eleven on the field at a given time. This meant moving players like Keenan Harris to the inside to open up a safety position, and with the amount of depth especially so three deep this team can afford to keep their linebackers fresh, the tail end will struggle against Big 12 opponents but used marginally this is a decent unit. The outside is a mixed bag, Kevin Peters is a good talent on the outside and his back up is capable and could even be utilized inside at times to help stave off fatigue. The more likely scenario is that his back up Christensen will watch both outside positions with Wynne Archer taking his red shirt season in hopes of elevating to a starting position somewhere in the linebacking corp next season.

      Cornerbacks
      Daniel Stewart (RS-SR)
      5'9 179 LBS 81 OVR
      23 Tackles 1 For loss 3 INT
      Aaron Wade (RS-SR) 6'2 185 LBS 79 OVR
      45 Tackles 4 for loss 2 Sacks 2 INT 2 FF
      Nate Carter (RS-SO) 6'0 168 LBS 75 OVR
      22 Tackles 5 For Loss 3 Sacks 1 INT 1 DTD
Steve Larson (FR) 6'1 206 LBS 75 OVR
Aaron Miller (SO) 6'0 199 LBS 74 OVR
      7 Tackles 1 For loss
      Clint Anderson (RS-SO) 6'1 187 LBS 70 OVR
      1 Tackle
      Ricky Lumpkin (RS-SO) 6'0 192 LBS 67 OVR

Ironically the unit that has the most returning experience will not be one of the strong units on this squad, led by Daniel Stewart, this group has the undesirable task of keeping up with the aerial attacks in the Big 12. This unit ranked worst in the entire league a year ago and returning mostly the same players won't aid that. They are a little better than a year ago, especially so in terms of depth, but this unit won't have much margin for error if the Aggies hope to emerge victorious more often than not. Aaron Wade was phenomenal a year ago and a return to form is what the Aggies coaching staff are hoping for.

      Free Safeties
      Jontrell Rocquemore (RS-SR)
      6'2 189 LBS 88 OVR
      53 Tackles 10 For loss 1 INT 2 FF 1 DTD
Casey Harwell (FR) 6'3 184 LBS 64 OVR
Beau Pittman (FR) 6'0 197 LBS 63 OVR

Jontrell Rocquemore was the heart and soul of this defense a year ago and was honored int he preseason with the Aggies lone All-American, making the list as a second team all american. The team hopes the Senior can repeat his contributions from a year ago and with excellent football knowledge and tremendous burst, all signs point to a return to form this season. Beneath him the depth is a big fall off, with two new signings filling the roster spaces, with Casey Harwell taking the season to redshirt.

      Strong Safeties
      Andrew Wynn (RS-FR)
      6'0 208 LBS 76 OVR
Reid Horowitz (FR) 5'11 195 LBS 66 OVR

Wynn takes over at the strong safety position after utilizing his red shirt year. Wynn was the highest ranked prospect that the Aggies signed last year and took a seat to learn the defense in the Aggies 3-9 season. This year it will be Wynn's opportunity to earn his four star ranking as he hopes to rise to the occasion. He has tremendous physical abilities but his football IQ is still a work in progress and he occasionally allows receivers free over the top, he could be a big piece for this team for years to come or a placeholder until Reid Horowitz is ready to take over.

The credit for those websites are for PocketScout, he did a great job, I just use the utility he provided to put them up! It helps with writing the reports a lot! I also like to have it up for the CAC's so they can see their rosters and the way they are being built.

Utah State Aggies 2017-2018 Media Guide
            Part 1: Schedule
Part 2: Depth Chart (Meet the Team)
Part 3: Closing Remarks, Coaching Staff

Head Coach: Tyler Kozlov (26-25) (3-9 with Aggies)
            2nd Year

The first year under Tyler Kozlov didn't go as well as many had hoped, but taking over a team with a lot of holes and issues would expect to have that level of discord. While the situation was less than ideal, the Aggies managed to beat their rivals in Utah, while picking up two additional wins but largely ended the season on a major losing skid, joined by several injuries to key positional players to further accentuate the difficulties this team faced. Kozlov brought in one of the best recruiting classes in the country for this season and that will make this team much better for wear, with a lot of depth across the board and holes starting to be filled, this team is in a much better position than last year. Luckily the Big 12 is set for a down year which means if Tyler Kozlov can play it right, his team could potentially be in the mix, experts have this team as a hit or miss, they could have a worse year than last season or a substantially better one, a lot of tight games. For the first time, he will also get an opportunity to play his former team in Akron. His offensive style will be more in line with the Oregon style of attack, utilizing a lot of rushing from the shotgun and a varied pass attack to utilize the talents of Erich DiStefano. On the other end, his defense will swap to a full time 3-4, while the interior line now has depth, he likes the added mobility at second linebacker adds at the point of attack.

            Offensive Coordinator Brian Lindgren
            (Second Year)

There were echoes calling for the ouster of first year offensive coordinator Brian Lindgren midway through the season a year ago with a stalling offense and little hope of it being turned around. There is reason to commend the coach however, as he helped design a gameplan around both of his quarterbacks seeking out their strengths. While some didn't work, others did and this team had some competitive games that they had no business in. Lindgren has a better unit to work with this year and finishing outside of the bottom projectile will be a major point of concern for this coach.

            Defensive Coordinator Steve Stanard
            (Second Year)

The coaching staff maintained both of their coordinators after a rough year a season ago. Stanard saw one of the best run defenses in the league play for him a year ago, but his pass defense suffered mightily due to it. Dropping to the bottom of the NCAA in yards allowed and points allowed per game wasn't a very good number either. The secondary appeared largely outclassed, and struggled with the multiple defensive looks the team brought out a year ago. With a fortified selection in their defensive corner, the hope is that the pass defense will improve, with the hope that run defense won't suffer too much. Stanard avoided the hot seat a year ago due to the tough run defense, and with more talent on his end, it's his year to make an impact.

Closing Remarks from Tyler Kozlov: Last year is well behind us, our seniors have graduated and a new class of seniors have stepped in. Many describe last year as a failure, while I would prefer the term transitional. There was a lot of reason to be excited for the future, young talent stepped in while we got production across the board. This year with a clean slate of health and an opportunity to make more of an impact, we plan to do just that. It'll be an exciting year of development for our players and a bowl game is the aim for this season. We will be much more competitive in the Big 12 than a year ago, and once more we will beat Utah. Expect that much. Last year will be remembered as the one that set up the Aggies to be a force in the Big 12 for years to come.

The Owls strayed from their air raid attack it seems and had tremendous results, as they managed to stun the Pacific 12 Cardinal with a huge performance from their backs to make the upset possible. While Zach would've loved to utilize their pass oriented offense more so in this one, the victory will satisfy the deviation from the strategy well enough. The Cardinal were only a one touchdown favorite coming in, and after a 21 point rally by the Cardinal appeared in control, but the Owls offense chipped away slowly to get a one point victory over their opponents. The game winning field goal from 44 yards out with just twelve seconds remaining would send the Rice crowd into an uproar.

John Valkyrie (HC) of the UL-Monroe Warhawks (SB)

Top Performer: Anthony Monken (QB) 20-40 294 PaYds 3 TD 2 INT 81 RuYds

Anthony Monken powered the Warhawks to victory with a third quarter rally for the ages. The senior quarterback saw his team facing a 3 point deficit at the half only to rally from behind to score 21 unanswered after the midway intermission. The halftime sparked the Warhawks who led by Monken pushed the ball downfield for a sudden 21 point explosion that tore this one wide open, an early fourth quarter touchdown gave the Warhawks the insurance for this victory.

Quinn Retney (HC) of the UMass Minutemen (AMER)
                  (0-1)(0-0) L 16-35 @ UL-Monroe (1-0)

Top Performer: David Gray (HB) 27 Carries 123 RuYds 1 TD 1 Rec 7 REYds

David Gray picked up where he left off last season and had a tremendous amount of yardage against the Warhawks, but the rest of the offense just couldn't do their part to bail out the junior halfback and the Minutemen would fall. The Minutemen were actually in really good position to cruise out to a victory with a lead at the half, but coming out flat they allowed the Warhawks enough room to operate and pick up the victory, a tough loss for Coach Q against his coaching rival in John Valkyrie.

Corey Warby (HC) of the Vanderbilt Commodores (SEC)

                  610 DYPG (#56) 42 PAPG
Top Performer: Ernest Stovall (QB) 26-41 324 Payds 3 TD 2 INT

A good showing from their quarterback wouldn't be enough to overcome a tremendous performance from Wilton Speight III, who was simply more efficient and more capable on Saturday. Stovall's two interceptions were enoguh errors for the Tigers to trounce their opposition in a tough to swallow season opening defeat. Stovall would add 61 yards and a touchdown on the ground to further earn his Vanderbilt player of the game honors. This was a tightly contested game to start, but the middle of the game caused the Commodores to hit a lull where they were outscored at one point 35-7.

Erich DiStefano drops back to throw in Saturday's victory

                    35 @ 10

Aggies run rampant on Utes to claim Beehive Boot

Utah State hasn't had much to celebrate over the past year, but this gives them a substantial glimmer of hope. At least for one Saturday, these Aggies were a dominant team that took care of business, over a rival none the less as well! An impressive victory further accentuated with a trophy that will remain in the Aggies possession for another year. Tyler Kozlov picks up his second straight victory against the Utes and keeps the trophy in Provo for another year, with a thrilling victory in Salt Lake City.

The Aggies defense tore apart the Utes offense for most of this game, overcoming three Erich DiStefano interceptions to allow only 7 points off of turnovers and only ten points the entire game against a decent Ute offense, this level of dominance hadn't been expected coming in, but if one thing holds true for Tyler Kozlov's squad is they tend to out perform expectations, and this would be the right season for them to do just that.

Or maybe all of these young pieces that are getting their first starts are really that much better than their predecessors. It is yet to be seen, and it is just one game into the season, so excitement has to be somewhat curbed, but with a 35-10 victory over your rival to open the season, it's hard to not be happy with the performance on the field. The Aggies rolled out to a 21-0 lead through three quarters including a 14-0 lead into the half.

Joshua Hervey left the game in the first shortly after his touchdown rush and was replaced by the dynamic freshman duo of DaMarcus Jackson and Teofilo Outlaw who both had solid performances with the prior scoring a touchdown to further accentuate a strong performance. Without their starting halfback, the Aggies didn't miss a beat which bodes well since it was stated he could have a triceps tear, and will miss the Akron matchup next week and could be out up to a month.

Erich DiStefano made the plays when he needed to, completing three long passes downfield of over twenty yards, the Aggies completed just four such passes last season. A tremendous improvement already as DiStefano made excellent reads in his first game. Two interceptions came off lame duck passes made while he was struck throwing, while the final came off a brilliant jump from the corner to reel in the ball.

Another factor in helping the victory was two William Holmes interceptions which led to 14 points for the Aggies, the defense was opportunistic and held halfback Stanley Lucas to just 49 yards on the ground, doing a good job of wrapping up the back as well, with just 13 yards coming after first point of contact. With solid tackling mechanics and forcing turnovers, these Aggies were on top of things. Despite coming out with a -1 turnover differential.

"Those kind of things can be expected with a young guy under center. I can handle a few bumps and bruises, but at the end of the day, the guy has to make the plays to get us that win, and he did today. So yes, I'm happy with him out there right now. He knows there's two back ups chomping at the bit to get out on the field, that'll further motivate him to perform well."

The Aggies victory which starts them out at 1-0 on the season sets them up for their next matchup against the Akron Zips. The Zips will be playing their season opener and first game against their former coach. The Zips are a favorite in the MAC, as they have been for the past couple of years. Tyler Kozlov is hoping for a victory, to move on from his past and for a statement, while the Akron Zips are offering cheaper prices and promoting the game en force to the student body, wanting to make a hostile atmosphere for the coach whom administrative staff felt abandoned the program. Akron is offering cheap air fare through the school to attend the game on Saturday in Provo.

                      Week 1 Update

Tennessee remains atop the football world for another week, while Kent State plays the spoiler against Clemson and Notre Dame just barely stays alive against Temple to open up the season.

Kent State brought the Clemson Tigers to their home stadium and it proved to be just a little too much for the Tigers who either underestimated their opponent or simply weren't prepared, or the scarier proposition that this years Tigers squad simply isn't all that good lies as a potential opportunity. None the less, with a late field goal knotting through the uprights to seal the victory for the Flashes, the Tigers will have a long flight home where they will need to refocus upon the season and do everything they can to right this ship.

For the Fighting Irish, their first season in the ACC was absolutely dismal, they hope to put the 3-9 campaign behind them and did so with a bit of a scare. The Temple Owls did battle with the Irish, but thanks to an early scoring run by the Irish, 21 in the first quarter, they would just manage to outlast their opponents. While it wasn't an ideal way to win, a win is a win and Notre Dame moves onto Week 2 at 1-0.

In the game of the week, the Bruins outscored the Scarlet Knights who fell behind with a 21-7 3rd quarter, the Knights tried admirably to build themselves back into this game but the fireworks wouldn't stop and both teams continued to score, without the ability to get a stop, the Knights ended up falling, they won't drop out of the polls, but another loss would almost end their hopes at anything substantial this season.

Benoit Dunn was harassed regularly on a rainy Saturday

                        35 @ 7

Kozlov rolls Zips; bests his former team

Experts were calling this a mid-major knocking off a Power 5 program, with Akron looking to start off the season 1-0 after claiming their MAC Championship last season, but that aspiration was quickly knocked off when the Aggies rolled out to a 28-7 first half before cooling out substantially in the final half to claim victory. This defense has been firing on all cylinders and continue to do so, albeit against low talent, this defense hasn't looked better under Tyler Kozlov.

This defense held the Akron Zips to just 207 yards of offense, jointly they forced the Zips to go 1-8 on third down and 0-1 on fourth. This led to a major disparity between the two squads, with the Aggies posting 50% conversion on third down and more than double the yardage, the Aggies simply rolled over Kozlov's former team. A game that the Zips were actually favored in.

"We're coming in off a bad season and no one has any expectations for us. We took our lumps last year and we're sure to get some more this season, but we aren't nearly as bad as some are making it seem. We are a capable team and we will continue to win until someone can take care of business. We're 2-0, looking forward to 3-0 next weekend, if others don't wish to praise us for a strong start that's totally fine, we can keep winning." Spoke Tyler Kozlov to a contingent of reporters in the post game.

This Aggies defense has been dominate, despite losing the turnover battle by one as Erich DiStefano tossed an interception in the second and third quarter, the Aggies were able to keep the Zips from the scoreboard, and going scoreless in two trips to the red zone was the difference between a close game and a rout, and for the Aggies, they got the later.

Erich DiStefano got the Aggies rolling early with a touchdown pass to Jackson on a short 7 yard pass, the wide open wide out easily hauling in the pass for the first touchdown. DiStefano would add a touchdown in the second quarter on an option keeper forcing his way into the end zone and a 14-0 lead. Teofilo Outlaw got his legs churning on the next Aggies drive and he'd be the one to punch the ball into the end zone on the next drive to make it 21-0 and suddenly the crowd was in a roar.

The Zips managed to get their feet down and avoid a total landslide for the time being, the Zips moved the ball downfield quickly behind halfback Darian Green, Darian would get stuffed at the 21 on a running play setting up third and short. The play action caught the Aggies who collapsed on the pocket and Benoit Dunn lobbed a pass up to Tony Guidry who pulled the catch in stride and scored the touchdown to get hte Zips on the board.

Yet that would be their only score, while the Aggis Erich DiStefano and Teofilo Outlaw would each add a touchdown a piece to give both a pair of rushing touchdowns, DiStefano had his touchdown pass earlier in the game to give him three total touchdowns on the afternoon. Teofilo Outlaw outplayed his counterpart from across the field, Darian Green was considered an elite halfback and Outlaw's 110 rush yards and two touchdowns proved to be far too much. Green did manage 94 rushing yards (Dunn having -37 due to big sacks and bad options) but no touchdowns.

Xavier Lane was responsible for nearly half the completions thrown by Benoit Dunn, the junior wideout had 4 for 74 yards with no touchdown, Tony Guidry was the only other wideout with multiple receptions (3) and he had the lone Akron touchdown.

The Zips fall to 0-1, dropping their season opener while the Aggies claim their home opener to jump up to 2-0, setting up a matchup against a mediocre Northern Illinois squad from the American conference.

                          Week 2 Review

There is a new number onee.

The Tennessee Volunteers stumbled big against the Cornhuskers, Nebraska only moves three spots in the polls with a victory over the previously top team in the country. The Cornhuskers mounted a major rally, behind 28-3 in the first half, they would go on to rout the Volunteers in the final third of the game, putting up an unbelievable 35 points to get their victory.

This opened up an opportunity for the Tide..

                          Not so fast!

The Florida Gators victory over the #9 Texas A&M Aggies in SEC action saw the Florida Gators return to a spot they held for most of the past season, and with their first victory a big one, they get to look back down upon the rest of the college football world.

The Georgia Bulldogs get another major setback, early in the season as they dropped a matchup against the previously unranked South Carolina Gamebirds. The Bulldogs came in a 14 point favorite only to lose by 10. This was a tought one to stomach for Bulldogs faithful, another season derailed by a bad loss.

Virginia Tech got an early marquee victory, this one over the Wisconsin Badgers. The Badgers loss sends them far down the polls, dropping out of the top ten as the Hokies rolled in a 35-7 victory that had Badger fans leaving the stadium at the top of the fourth.

                              Week 2 Update

Eric Grant (HC) of the Idaho Vandals (SB)
                              (1-0)(1-0) W 37-34 @ UNLV (0-1)
                              425 OYPG 37 PPG

                              Top Performer:Jake Luton (QB) 16-29 242 PaYds 1 TD 49 RuYds 2 TD

Idaho carried a 30-21 lead into the final frame, the offense churning on all cylinders led by quarterback Jake Luton. Luton was responsible for a score in every quarter through three, but his struggles mounted in the fourth as UNLV mounted a rally to pull ahead in the final frame, midway through it was a 34-30 lead in favor of the Rebels, but an excellent drive would end in six for the Vandals, who bested their Mountain West Rivals for an early victory.

Zach Mueller (HC) of the Rice Owls (CUSA)
                              (1-1)(0-0) L 23-28 @ Oklahoma State (1-0)
                              381 OYPG (#88) 26 PPG

Top Performer: Will Luke (DE) 11 Tackles 7 For loss 3 Sacks

Once more the passing attack was seemingly inept, unable to be successful in that end led to their offense pushing towards a run for the second straight week with mixed results. The team had a brief lead that would eventually fade away as the better squad ultimately came out on top with more consistent play and commandeering a fourth quarter drive that knocked off the Owls for good. A hard fought game for the Owls however, who have positives to celebrate from this one.

John Valkyrie (HC) of the UL-Monroe Warhawks (SB)

Top Performer: Anthony Monken (QB) 28-32 426 PaYds 2 TD 47 RuYds

A lot expected a perfect game from Anthony Monken would make this barely watchable for the UL-Monroe Warhawks, but what actually happened on the field deviated from expectations in far more ways than had been expected. The Warhawks thrashed and decimated a Miami Hurricane squad that might already be looking to next season with this embarrassing of a loss, while the loss completely derailed the season for the Hurricanes in just their first week, the Warhawks suddenly have a lot of momentum and a 2-0 record. Monken had 2 touchdowns while their halfback Harrison added 3 touchdowns despite rushing just 8 times for 46 yards.

Quinn Retney (HC) of the UMass Minutemen (AMER)

Top Performer: Andrew Verboys (QB) 12-26 123 PaYds 1 TD 24 RuYds 1 TD

Gray teed off for almost 200 rushing yards on the Rhode Island Rams of the FCS level. Even so, he was held from the end zone while three other Minutemen scored on the ground, ultimately due to this Verboys was granted player of the game in large part attributed to the touchdowns that he had scored. His game wasn't nearly as impressive as David Gray's 196 yards on 32 carries, but he helped propel this team to an easy victory against an outmatched opponent.

Corey Warby (HC) of the Vanderbilt Commodores (SEC)
                              (0-2)(0-0) L 21-48 vs Washington Huskies (1-0)

Top Performer: Ernest Stovall (QB) 15-33 207 PaYds 2 TD 2 INT

Ernest Stovall has been the main contributor to this air raid styled offense through two weeks but even than he has appeared shaky and disoriented in the complex passing schemes at play in Vanderbilt. Early season jitters with a new playbook can be accounted for, but this team is tailspinning yet again and need to pull out of it fast. Their schedule won't get any easier as they move into their SEC schedule, and they've been thrashed twice in as many weeks. This one got bad by the second frame, where 27 unanswered Washington points to open the game set the pace, while the Commodores attempted to mount a comeback, the smallest deficit was midway through the fourth down 21-34, before the Huskies added 27 to round out their victory.

Jamal Frazier (HC) of the Wyoming Cowboys (MWC)
                              (0-1)(0-0) L 7-37 @ Missouri (1-0)
                              293 OYPG 7 PPG
                              519 DYPG 37 PAPG
Top Performer: Nick Smith (QB) 10-29 111 PaYds 96 RuYds 1 TD

Falling behind early was bad for these Cowboys who utilize an option offense and a lot of ground pressure, their pass attack wasn't refined and having to dedicate themselves to the pass was what ended them. Falling behind 30-0 at the half, they would manage a touchdown in the third quarter, but wouldn't get much else. It was a difficult debut but luckily this was one of the tougher games left on their schedule and they can still recover from this.

Jake Luton's tremendous performance led the Vandals past their opposition. Luton had a performance for the ages as the Vandals improved to 2-0 on the season with a huge victory over a favored Syracuse squad thanks to the tremendous play from their signal caller whom accounted for six of seven touchdowns for the Vandals while leading the teams in rushes (not yardage). Talk about carrying the load.

Wake Forest has turned around in their short time in the American conference and losing to them isn't a bad thing for these Owls. The Owls have hung tough with everyone this season and that sets them up for a strong conference USA tilt. The Owls Air Raid got unleashed but it wasn't overly inefficient completing 55% of 43 passes for a pair of touchdowns and falling just shy of 300 yards. Rice actually had a 31-21 lead with ten to go in the fourth but ended up losing the lead and the game on a pair of touchdowns.

Rufus Fagan turned on the burners last season and showed much of that form in the matchup against the Ragin Cajuns, leading to a two game win streak for the Minutemen who pitched their first shut out under coach Retney. A tremendous team performance, that started with a David Gray touchdown and ended with a pair of field goals to close out a relatively quiet Saturday afternoon. The offense churned out a high amount of yardage on the ground but the end zone wasn't easily breached. A quality victory for a team that's looking for momentum as they move towards their American schedule.

The Commodores just barely fell out of this one, thanks to a huge performance from the Razorbacks halfback. Their halfback piled up 211 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns on the punished Commodore defense and top quarterback Ernest Stovall left the game with injury, a difficult loss in both phases, the team will have to hope and pray their signal caller recovers for their next tilt.

The Cowboys took most of their game to the ground and their smashmouth offense managed to churn out 212 yards on the ground off of 46 rushing attempts. Despite only passing 21 times, the team was more impressive on that end of the spectrum and utilized the aerial attack early to score a pair of touchdowns to end the first quarter with a 14-0 lead in favor of Wyoming, but being outscored 49-18 the rest of the way would be detrimental and the team wouldn't rebound, a costly interception return would stave off the Cowboys for good in a game that they went from leading to falling behind by a lot real fast.
