Young with the casual return! Haha, hope all is well, my man. Big win in the comeback, must've been a crazy game to play as I can't say I've ever seen the CPU chuck it up 71 times, wow.

Glad to have you back, young! Can't say I've seen 71 pass attempts against me either, but nice to see Westlake hold off FIU's desperate comeback and Henderson get back to his playmaking ways. Huge game by Coley as well!Comment

Re: #SWARM - RELOADED
It was a very open-ended game vs FIU, a lot of big plays, huge passing displays, they ran no huddle all game and I ran it in the first half, so there were probably about 80-90 snaps by halftime. Good win though, hopefully we can finish strong and go 9-4. I'm a bit annoyed though because as you'll see in the weekly update, UCF lost, meaning that had we beaten them, we'd have the division locked up.
Thanks for checking in guys! I don't intend on disappearing again for a while, going to try to get 1 to 3 games out a week over the fall/winter.Comment

Y2, G12 Preview - vs Louisville (Senior Day)
Coach Barkley's Take
Get ready for a tough game. Louisville are going to try to run it down our throats with Gabe Daniels and Blair Lee, and the option is a threat with speedy Anthony Jackson under center. We're going to need to keep those guys in check and force Jackson to pass, which he hasn't done very well this season.
Defensively, these guys are tough. Ryan Roberts will likely be drafted, and Adam Sands is a freak athlete who has broken out in his freshman year. That pass rush is going to be tough, and if Henderson has to throw quickly he could be in trouble. All their corners are great athletes who can cover. We should be able to win this one, but it won't be easy.Comment

Re: #SWARM - RELOADED
What a crazy week for the Top-10. #2,#3 #6, #7 all falling.
I didnt' realize how bad your Defense was. #125. isn't there only #126 teams.
On Paper I would probably pick them to win. Their Defense is good but obviously in this game Offense can win games for you and your offense is rolling.
Nice to see Deuce Vader having a solid season a win next week over USC would be huge.. Got to think he might have a shot at a HC job somewhere next year.Comment

Defensively our saving grace has been forcing turnovers and getting sacks, we've been dependent on big plays all year. We also do see a ton of snaps because we've faced a lot of no-huddle, and our offense is pretty explosive too. I think we can beat Louisville as long as BJ keeps delivering.
Vader and Dobz will likely get HC opportunities. Would you rather stay an OC on the West Coast or take a HC spot elsewhere, should nothing come up on the West Coast?
Thanks for commenting man!Comment

Yeah I was pulling for CSU and Minnesota haha. Thought them and UCF would all stay that way. Wild week.

Swarm overcome turnovers, move to 8-4 on Senior Day
Report by Isaac Robinson - November 24th, 2019
Swarm hold star tailback Daniels in check -- Henderson overcomes turnovers, leads Swarm to another win
B.J. Henderson celebrates after throwing a touchdown pass in the 2nd quarter
Westlake, OH -- Westlake State moved to 8-4 yesterday, beating the now 6-6 Louisville Cardinals in a hard-fought game that ended 29-26.
This was one of the lower scoring games the Swarm have played this year, as Dion Barkley slowed it down in response to Louisville not running the seemingly ubiquitous no-huddle that the Swarm have seen all year. "I hate that s--t man," said Barkley when asked. "I was really glad to be able to run something a little more methodical and not feel like we had to be matching the opposition for pace. I don't mind running it a bit, but games like Memphis, FIU, where we had to do it all game? Not for me."
Both offenses started slow, with B.J. Henderson sitting at a whopping 21 passing yards, and his counterpart Anthony Jackson at 28 (plus 1 interception) after a quarter, as the Swarm led 7-0 courtesy of a 9 yard strike from Henderson to Xavier Meeks. Henderson had a turnover of his own in the quarter, fumbling in his own half, but the Swarm ended up mounting a goal line stand to keep Louisville off the board.
Great throw from Henderson
Louisville got on the board quickly to open the second, with Scott Alford finding space for a grab over the middle, then shedding a tackle and outrunning everyone for a 58 yard score to even things up. Westlake State answered back just before halftime, as Robert Coley kept his hot streak going, catching a 25 yard touchdown on a perfectly placed ball from Henderson. The Cardinals, however, would even it up once again, as Jackson was able to lead a quick drive that ended in a touchdown grab for John Stone to make it 14-14 at the half.
Henderson led a quick drive for a score, completing 4 of 5 passes and chipping in an 11 yard run to set up a goal line score for Frank Nelson. Louisville would kick a field goal, and then force a fumble on Josh Roach, setting up another field goal to make it 21-20. Henderson was then intercepted as he tried to make a tough throw to Coley, and Louisville made it a 12 point swing with a quick drive capped off by a rushing score from Jackson. The Cardinals went for 2 to try to make it a 7 point game, but were unsuccessful, and so it was Louisville 26, Westlake State 21.
Westlake State were reeling, having turned it over twice and coughed up the lead, but B.J. Henderson wasn't rattled. On the ground and through the air, he accounted for all but 3 of the Swarm's yards on this 9 play, 63 yard drive capped by a rushing score from senior Mark Montgomery. Like Louisville, Westlake State went for 2, but unlike Louisville, they were successful, and made it 29-26 with 6 minutes to go.
Louisville went 3 and out, Henderson led another great drive, and with 2:16 to go, the Swarm had a 2nd and goal from the 3. But Montgomery was stuffed, and on 3rd and goal the Swarm opted to pass. Henderson was flushed out to his left, and tried to throw across his body to Xavier Meeks, but his throw didn't quite get there and Tom Burton picked it off to give his team one final shot.
Burton makes the pick
It ended up not mattering, as Jackson was incomplete 3 times, with his pass being broken up at the line by defensive tackle Melvin Lawrence on 4th down to seal the win. Backup Stan Jones would come in for his final snaps at The Hive, kneeling it to end the game.
Westlake State did surprisingly well against the run: Gabriel Daniels, who came in averaging 6 yards a carry, was held to just 53 yards on his 15 tries. The Swarm also did a solid job of keeping Jackson in check, holding him to 66 yards and a score on 14 tries, after he picked up 38 in just the first quarter.
Westlake State will miss out on the AAC title game, as UCF wrapped up an 11-1 regular season with a 44-35 win over rival USF. Early bowl projections have the Swarm playing #11 Clemson in the Russell Athletic Bowl.

Re: #SWARM - RELOADED
Really solid effort by the defense against Louisville. Wasn't the prettiest win, but not all of them are - good way to cap the regular season! Hopefully you get someone like Clemson for your bowl game, would be a really nice test to see where the program stacks up now.Comment

Re: #SWARM - RELOADED
What a great display of mental toughness by the Swarm to battle through the adversity of blowing the lead to come back and eek out a win against Louisville! Tough to have those turnovers, but BJ is a raw talent so he comes with a few warts for sure. Don't like the playcall there on 3rd down, but I respect Barkley being aggressive and trying to win things right there and trusting the defense to make a play if it doesn't work out. That screenshot of the D-lineman making the swat on the 4th down play is really dope, the big fella got up!
Crazy to see how some of the national landscape has turned out... Minny having their only loss be their opponent's only win is absolutely wild. Georgia-UNC would probably be the best national championship matchup to see for sure; OSU doesn't deserve it with two losses, and I would love to see that UNC QB have a chance to finish one of the most impressive single season displays with a title as well. Clemson should be a great matchup for you like Careless said if it comes true, not only for their stature as a school but also as a good litmus test for where your program stacks up nationally. Although, if BJ leaves then the entire program will be turned upside down anyways!Check out my Pitt Panthers Dynasty (NCAA Football 14)
