Thanks my man. NCAA 14 is much more fun when your defense is dominating. I also don't ever control defensive linemen so getting that many sacks is awesome. Appreciate the comment!

Really happy to see Texas zooming going into our matchup. It should be a good one. Also, Maryland's unlikely undefeated year finally got caught up. Next week is absolutely loaded with games.

This one definitely got out of hand early. Reggie Young had himself a huge day with 3 picks and two TDs. Offense was hardly unstoppable except two tip passes that gave them their two scores. However, like I said above, the last thirty seconds of the game included back-to-back pick six's. Both on out routes and one was by my fifth string wide receiver who came in at safety. Wild stuff. 80 is by far our most scored ever. 5-0! Onto big Texas.

The big one here is of course us over Texas which I recap below. But surprised to see undefeated Tennessee get blown out by 30. Also, sad to see Auburn lose so close to Oklahoma. A slew of big games next week.

What a classic. I've played many memorable games so far in this dynasty and this one might top them all. Going in, Texas was on their third string RB- a freshman. The first quarter and a half was all New Mexico. They didn't get a first down and we marched down the field two times but just couldn't get in the endzone.

The tide quickly switched and their top notch defensive line started exposing us. Nealy had a pick and a fumble which all led to scores as well as a last second field goal to put them up 13-6 at the break. We did well in the third but they had two 60+ yard runs right up the gut that broke us. Down 27-14 with them having the ball into the 4Q- I thought it was over.

But on the VERY FIRST play of the fourth, Reggie Young jumps a slant and takes it back for his third TD in two weeks. They then go on an absolute march- taking the clock down to two minutes. Up a TD, about to go up two scores on the 20- Eric Hearn jumps a bubble screen for another TD. With the ball back again, we get ANOTHER pick. But they stop us, forcing a FG and about 90 seconds to play down 33-27.

Their QB lights it up. A nearly perfect drive to combat those three picks. In about five plays, they score to go 34-33. Nealy's turn with three timeouts. A big catch by Jon Flynn put us at the forty, then an out route got us to the 32. With no time left, Derek Brown hit a 47-yarder (his fifth FG of the night) to shock the Texas crowd. 6-0!

I can't remember if NCAA 14 has the ESPN Instant Classic scores in it like the older titles do, but if it does I'd be interested to know the score of that thriller! What a win, seems like the tougher schedule hasn't hampered the Lobos so far!

This dynasty was played on a new profile with every game being on this exact dynasty. It came in at #3 with a score around 800 lol. I don't know how to do any better lmao

But yes, it is almost an illusion of a hard schedule though. Washington ran some wonky offense to beat themselves and Texas' best players were injured and also freakishly blew the game three different times. I really think Auburn and Alabama will truly test where we are at. Thanks for checking in!

I have had some pretty crazy high scoring games, but it's not often you see 80 points in a game. It's almost a basketball type score.

Young is a beast and is the MVP right now keeping you undefeated, but Auburn and Alabama are going to be tough and playing the #1 school at the end of the season can totally be a National Title dream killer if you lose.

I doubt I ever beat 80 lol. I try to play realistic by pulling starters and running clock. But I can't stop them from throwing back-to-back pick six's. IMO, real life players would definitely return those for scores.

Young has definitely emerged as an amazing player. What's crazy is that his RS FR year, I had three LBs to choose from (I play a 4-2-5). I was really leaning towards true freshman Terrence Smith and Danny Andrews. But I decided to roll with Young since he had paid a year as a RS. The rest has been a wrap! I am definitely looking forward to those two games. Thanks for the comment!

We've reached #3, our highest position yet! Glad to see the BIG 10 back in Top 10 outside of Michigan. ISU, WISC, and MICH all play each other in the next four weeks- should be crazy. Also, excited to see if Nebraska can continue their BIG 12 roll.

Would not have guessed that our first ever shutout would come against The U. Their offense was atrocious though. An 83 QB, 80 RB, and a pretty weak line. I'm not sure if they crossed the 50. Their defense, however, was loaded. I countered this with a lot of rollouts and five wide looks to create a lot of space. Not hard to score 41 when we got the ball so much and usually in good field position. Overall, a huge comforting win. 7-0!

Not a lot of movement in the Top 10. Truly, Michigan, Alabama, and Clemson look like the favorites. Our wins vs Texas and Washington are losing value every week it seems. Pretty cool to see Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin having good seasons- they've been relatively quiet this whole dynasty

Nealy's best passing performance by far. Seven first half touchdown passes and only a few incompletions. Like I said above, Ohio was a good team. Moved the ball early. But, on both sides, our speed was too much for them to keep up with. Took care of a business. 8-0!

We definitely have a shot of getting into the CFP. However, our Washington/Texas wins lose their value every damn week haha

Glad to see the rankings making sense this year. Last season was a big mess of 3 loss teams above undefeated's. Really interested to see the Big 10 back to being the premier Top 10 conference with Iowa, Iowa St., Michigan, and Wisconsin. Should be an exciting finish.

Not our best game but can only ask so much after four stellar performances in a row. Nealy really needs to clean up the interceptions or else we aren't beating Auburn and definitely not Alabama. Liberty played well but our offense is humming. 9-0!

I just now realized the geography of the BIG10 split so there isn't a ISU/Iowa game this year- that blows. Going to be an interesting finish in the BIG10 especially if Wisconsin beats Michigan causing a 3-way tie in that division. Ironic to real life as well, Clemson's closest game this year was a two touchdown blowout. ACC is just not good this season. However, there is 1-loss UNC down the road for Clemson which could change things. I also just realized that Clemson has yet to win an ACC title in this dynasty.

Auburn was good but not great. Once again, playcalling really limited them. Their RB D Williams got about 10+ yards every touch but they kept wanting to work the deep passing game. I kept my safeties high and continually shut that down. The game was much closer than 37-10 but we got an important fourth quarter pick in our territory which resulted in a long drive to force it to 34-10 instead of have it 27-17. A good game. Two more to go. 10-0!

UNM had a BYE as the CFP contenders are looking coming into form. Alabama, Michigan, and Clemson look like clear favorites. If we and Iowa hold, their will be a double Top 4 matchup coming in two weeks. None of the one-win teams have a clear path in. Should be an interesting finish.
