one work around is you could have a 2nd coach that is set to auto. Maybe an OC or DC for a low tier school, but if you have two different members when you are on the commissioner member it will ask if you are sure you want to advance

Re: First and Baldwin: The Boston College Story
EAGLES LOOK TO REMAIN PERFECT VERSUS SPARTANS
The Brady Colson era at Boston College is going just swell if you're an Eagles fan. Colson's first game coaching the Eagles saw the upset that the fans had been waiting for 8 years, a victory over Notre Dame. Last week Colson continued pleasing the fans by dismissing rival UMASS 33-0. The shutout a firm announcement that Boston College is going to be taken seriously as a defensive unit. Of course, Colson is still working on recruiting and he's largely working with someone elses talent, but the commitment to defense throughout the week is showing in the games now.
This week the Eagles travel to East Lansing to take on Big Ten foe Michigan State. The Spartans are struggling, starting the season 0-2. An opening Week 1 loss to Western Michigan 34-31 was the talk of the Michigan newspapers. Michigan fans began talking a lot to Michigan State after the loss to Western Michigan. The Spartans didn't do themselves any favor by following it up with a loss in Lubbock to the Texas Tech Red Raiders 21-13. It is now in East Lansing that the Spartans look to recover a season that has gotten away from them and will completely slip into chaos with a loss to Boston College on National television. Nate Carter is going to have to run a lot more than he has for Michigan State to get out of here with a victory.
As for the Eagles, the season is completely different from the Spartans. Boston College is looking to wrap up non-conference play undefeated for the first time in years and Head Coach Brady Colson is already focused in on that feat.
“We have to stay in the week. I don't even look ahead on the schedule. I mean, I know who we're playing this year of course, but it's irrelevant until we get to that week. I tell our guys all the time, nobody can beat you faster than yourself. I firmly believe that, and we're really focused on going up to East Lansing and playing the best game that we can. I think if the guys handle their responsibilities and the Coaches do their job, I think we have a great shot to win this game" said Colson at the Pre-Game Press Conference.

Re: First and Baldwin: The Boston College Story
SPARTANS TOO MUCH FOR THE EAGLES
The Michigan State Spartans defeated the Boston College Eagles 28-21 in East Lansing Saturday night. The win the first for the Spartans and the loss the first for the Eagles.
The game started with Michigan State punting the ball on their first drive. Boston College would face 3rd and 15 deep in their own red zone when Thomas Castellanos hooked up with Sophomore Ismael Zamor for an 83 yard touchdown to take a 7-0 lead.
The following drive was successful for Michigan State. Utilizing Nate Carter both on the ground and in the passing game to drive more than 60 yards down the field. The drive stalled due to the pressure of the Boston College defensive line. Eventually Freshman QB Ryland Jessee just used a screen pass to get the Spartans into Field Goal range which Greg Matlock rewarded him with a 44-yard field goal to make the game 7-3.
A Thomas Castellanos interception at midfield put the Spartans in perfect position to turn it into some points. Michael Masunas caught a 20-yard pass on first down on a BC defense that clearly wasn't ready to be out there yet. The Eagles defense stood solid and Michigan State would settle for another Field Goal as time ran out in the first quarter.
Thomas Castellanos would respond by driving the Eagles down the field and showing what a versatile player Matt Ragan is. Ragan, the Fullback/Tight End caught a pass from Castellanos and was tackled on the 1-yard line. The very next play the Eagles handed it off to the Junior for a rushing touchdown. Ragan has a chance to be a very big player for the Eagles this year.
Michigan State would punt on the next possession.
Castellanos would make another mistake, throwing an interception with 5:42 left in the first half at his own 31 yard line. Jjaylen Blackwell would grab a sack on first and ten. The very next play Nigel Tate would grab another sack. Unbeliavably the Eagles would get another sack on the very next play forcing the Spartans to punt on 4th and 38 from their own 30.
Castellanos would thrown another interception to Aaron Alexander who took it back for a pick-6 to make it 14-3 Spartans.
The second half started with an Eagles drive methodically down the field. A pass from Castellanos to his Tight End Senior Jeremiah Franklin got the Eagles to the one yard line where Fullback Matt Ragan ran it in for his second touchdown of the day. That made it 21-13 Eagles.
The Eagles defense stopped the Spartans on the next drive but roughed the kicker and gave the Spartans a first down. The very next play Jordon Simmons caught a touchdown pass to bring the Spartans to within' two points. The following 2-point conversion was successful and the Spartans tied the game up.
After the Spartans stopped the Eagles on their next drive they threw an interception to Max Tucker who got the ball back for the Eagles as the third quarter ended.
The next drive on 3rd and long Castellanos threw his fourth interception to Caleb Coley deep in the Spartans end at the 11.
Jordan Glover took it 89 yards on the next play to bring the Spartans ahead 28-21.
The next possession Thomas Castellanos drove the Eagles all the way down the field. On 4th and Goal from his own 6 the play broke down and Castellanos scrambled. He ran all the way back to the 20 until he got away from the defense, then ran towards the endzone. Castellanos was stopped at the 1 yard long, giving the ball back to the Spartans.
The Spartans got the ball and drove it to their own 35 until punting the ball back to the Eagles for one last drive with 1:47 left in the game and 1 time out.
Castellanos got it as far as the Spartan 25-yard line until the drive stalled out and the Eagles lost the game 28-21.
