Hey man, with the ratings, I'd make the first at each position the best, like the 1st Goalie LW RW C and D should be 90's the 2nds should be 86-88 3rds 82-84 and the 4ths 79-81 and then continue to lower the more you have.

OK, I think I've figured this out. First player to sign up for a open spot(a position nobody has yet) will get a 88-90 overall rating, the second and third people will get a 85-87 overall rating, fourth, fifth and sixth will get 82-84 and the rest will get 79-81 SO SIGN UP QUICK!
