        WrestleMania PPV Preview

        MATCH CARD PREVIEW

        Intercontinental Championship:
        Quinn Cadbury {C} vs. Rusty

        The "English Gentleman" has been reigning as Intercontinental Champion since betraying former partner Joseph T. Lutte and defeating him at Judgment Day back in October. Quinn's reign has been so frustrating for fans to watch, as the arrogant Englishman has tried to avoid confrontation and has weaseled his way out of every feud to retain his belt. But this month, he may finally be in a little trouble against a very unlikely challenger. Last month, days before the Elimination Chamber PPV, a 6-man battle royal was held on Smackdown to determine the final qualifier for the World Heavyweight Title match. Rusty, the Cruiserweight champ at the time, and Quinn were two of the participants and in a stunning moment, Rusty eliminated him! Although Rusty did not win the battle royal, the elimination left a sour taste in Quinn's mouth. So the "English Gentleman" decided to interfere in Rusty's title defense at the PPV, hitting him with the Cruiserweight belt while the ref was knocked out temporarily, allowing Paulie Dominos to win. Rusty fired back, demanding answers but only received snarky remarks. So, the "2 Xtreme" superfan set his sights on earning a title match against the arrogant Quinn. And, enlisting some help from old friend Krizz Torture, Rusty earned his title shot and intends to achieve a life-long dream by capturing the Intercontinental Title for the first time. A recent interview was conducted for both men and it was revealed how different they are approaching this match - Quinn has no respect for his challenger, while Rusty wants to win for the dedicated fans he once was himself. Can WWE's "average joe" upset the European technician and allow the crowd to live vicariously through his victory... or will Cadbury have tricks up his sleeve?

        Last Man Standing:
        Carson Pain vs. Gravedigger

        Since his arrival on Raw, Gravedigger has had one of the strangest years in WWE history. After igniting a violent feud with DMK, the "Graveyard Monster" set his sights on the WWE Title which at the time was in Carson Pain's hands. But due to DMK's desire to keep 'Digger away from the title, he was unable to come close to the prize. After suffering a loss to DMK at Judgment Day, the "Monster" was absent for a month before returning to focus on a new target... "The Original"! Gravedigger seemed to shift the blame for his troubles onto Carson, which led to their First Blood encounter at the Tables, Ladders & Chairs PPV. The "Monster" beat Carson soundly, forcing his rival to take a few weeks off to recover from injuries. In the meantime, Gravedigger turned his attention to the Royal Rumble as he prepared to win the prestigious match and claim his WWE Title shot. But Carson return later in the month, beating 'Digger in one of his battle royal challenges and then eliminating him during the 30-man Rumble match! Gravedigger's fury continued to grow as he prepared to challenge for DMK's WrestleMania title shot in the Elimination Chamber, and 'Digger continued to feud with Carson in the lead-up to the match. In the Chamber, Gravedigger finished runner-up to DMK and therefore felt the need to take out his frustrations on "The Original". Several backstage assaults this month sent painful messages to Carson, and they agreed to settle their grudge at WrestleMania... in a Last Man Standing match! Not only that, but Mr. McMahon's interest in their rivalry added some stipulations to the match. If Carson wins, he can join DMK at ringside to support him in the WWE Title main event. If Gravedigger wins, he finally earns his 1-on-1 WWE Title match at next month's Backlash. So not only do these hated rivals want to destroy each other... but now there's even MORE on the line! Who will remain on their feet through a brutal war... and claim their reward?

        Money in the Bank Ladder Match:
        Big Juan Santos vs. Joseph T. Lutte vs. Travis Roarke vs. Hitman Jack vs. Brett Diamond vs. Antonio Jordan

        Throughout the month of March, qualifying matches for the Money in the Bank match were held on both shows as 3 Raw members and 3 Smackdown competitors earned spots in the fight for the briefcase. Big Juan, the "Assassin" and Brett claimed the red-brand spots while the "Fantastic Frenchman", Jack and Antonio will represent the blue brand. All 6 men have incredible motivation to possess the briefcase, but there's lots of smaller feuds and intrigue built into the match. Who will outlast all to climb up and snatch the contract for a title match anytime, anywhere?

        Women's Championship Unification Tournament Final:
        Brittany Black {C} vs. Audrey Vega {C}

        Mr. McMahon designed and announced an incredible opportunity for the WWE's female competitors... a huge tournament that will unify the two women's titles! Each week matches were held to move the winners throughout the bracket, leading to the remaining champions from each brand set to face off at WrestleMania to claim both titles. On the Raw side, Brittany Black battled through, defeating Sunny Silva in her hometown and former ally Maryse in a hard-hitting final to keep her title. In the Smackdown region, an incredible upset by Audrey Vega over then-champ Eve Torres set the stage for a wild run. The "American Woman" rode the momentum from her heartwarming 1st title victory to defeat Natalya in the final days ago, putting two of the up-and-coming young champions head-to-head to determine the WWE's top female! Who will claim victory and hold both the Divas and Women's Titles by the end of the night?

        World Heavyweight Championship (Extreme Rules Falls Count Anywhere):
        Angus {C} vs. Eric Executioner

        This long rivalry will seemingly come to an end on the grandest of stages. Back at the start of January, Eric was in the middle of a lengthy World Title reign and had just come off a victory in a match-of-the-year candidate to keep his title. But the "Narcissist" didn't account for Mr. Money in the Bank mucking things up, but that's exactly what the "Irish Giant" did! Angus appeared at the end of January's first Smackdown episode, ruining Eric & Mr. Black's championship celebration by cashing in the coveted briefcase and winning the title in one of the most shocking moments of the year. Later in the month at the Royal Rumble, Angus defeated Eric in a No DQ match to retain the title. The "Irish Giant" kept his unbeaten streak alive the following month too, outlasting 5 challengers in the Elimination Chamber match. This month, Eric earned the #1 contender spot and re-focused his attention on his gigantic (literally and figuratively) rival, attacking him in the parking lot at the conclusion of a recent Smackdown episode. The "Narcissist" also attacked Antonio Jordan twice and Rusty with a lead pipe as well as reverting back to his old persona, forcing Angus to add a stipulation to their upcoming title match - Extreme Rules Falls Count Anywhere! The "Irish Giant" has warned Eric to prepare for war and claims that he can't be pinned down, regardless of where they end up fighting. It will be a hellacious battle between two of Smackdown's super heavyweights!

        WWE Championship (No DQ/No Countout):
        David Degenerate {C} vs. DMK

        This is a match two years in the making. The story between David & DMK is long, arduous and filled with incredible moments. They have been rivals for years, and had their first big encounter at the Bragging Rights PPV over two years ago when David upset DMK to win the WWE Title. Based on the stipulations of the match, the "King" was denied a rematch so their rivalry was put on the backburner. Then, after winning the Money in the Bank briefcase, DMK turned heel and cashed it in on then-champ Renegade to claim back the WWE Title... but the more shocking moment happened a few months later, when he formed an unholy alliance with David! Together, they reigned over Raw as the Hell's Genius duo and at one point held the WWE, U.S. and Tag Team Titles simultaneously. But ego tore them apart, they lost all their titles eventually and DMK's feud with Gravedigger turned him back into the fans' favor. DMK continued to try to reclaim the WWE Title back from Carson Pain, but in August, David re-emerged in the title scene... as an ally of Mr. McMahon! In a controversial match, David won the WWE Title at Summerslam and began a corrupt reign as the WWE Chairman's hand-picked champion. While DMK was emerging victorious in his feud against 'Digger, David supposedly saw him as DMK's potential next target. So, in a shocking moment, David disguised himself and drove a truck into DMK's Chevy Camaro at the conclusion of the Judgment Day PPV, causing serious injuries that kept the "King" away from Raw for months. In January, it was revealed via a private investigator that David was the unknown culprit of the heinous attack but DMK did not want any "extraordinary" consequences to be given. At the Royal Rumble PPV, David retained his WWE Title against Mack Wheeler that also forced Raw GM Stephanie McMahon to resign... but later in the night, DMK entered the 30-man Rumble match at the #30 entry and won the match! This put DMK in a direct line to David's title, but with Mr. McMahon as the new interim GM of the red brand, he set out to deny DMK his earned title shot. Forced to defend it in the dreaded Elimination Chamber, DMK feuded with 5 other challengers throughout the month while David basically got a free pass. But after his Chamber victory, DMK finally was able to focus on his most-hated rival again. This month has been an interesting series of mind games and physical encounters, leading up to an intense contract signing just days ago. This highly-anticipated match then added even more to its plate, as numerous stipulations were agreed to. David requested that DMK leave the Raw brand and transfer the "King" moniker over to the "Genius" if the champion is able to win. DMK then demanded to change the match to a No DQ/No Countout affair to prevent any shenanigans, wanted Mr. McMahon to resign and re-install Stephanie McMahon as Raw GM and also to remove David's automatic rematch clause... similar to the one he agreed to two years ago! David, unable to handle being called a "chicken", agreed to the exorbitant demands and narrowly avoided a disastrous chokeslam after putting their names on the dotted line. With all their past history and stipulations added to the match, this seems to be one of the most important matches in WWE history! Who will stand tall in the main event of the biggest show of the year?
