Re: Reed's WWE 2k19 Universe Mode: The Re-Write Continued

    June Week 2
    Alamogordo,NM
The show starts with the music of Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan as the GM's make their ways down to the ring to a thunderous ovation from the crowd. The two get in the ring and inform the crowd that we will see a returning WWE superstar in action tonight and in the main event after the actions of both Dolph Ziggler and Bray Wyatt last week we will see both of them and Kurt Angle in a triple threat match to determine SmackDown's final spot in the Money in The Bank ladder match! The crowd cheers loudly as the two head to the back.

    Match 1: Xavier Woods w/ Kofi & Big E vs. ???
The New Day members make their way to the ring having tons of fun as always. Woods waits in the ring for his opponent, “Booyaka, booyaka 619!” REY MYSTERIO is back in the WWE! Everyone loses their minds including The New Day! Big E and Kofi jump up and down and start a “Mysterio rocks” chant as he gets in the ring and greets Xavier.

Woods kicks Rey in the chest then gets a rolling neck breaker Now a head scissors then a few punches to the top of Rey's head. Chicken wing suplex from Woods! Rey fires back with a drop kick then a Russian leg sweep. Now an arm drag here from Mysterio then he lets Xavier back to his feet. Woods whips Rey into a corner and sets him in the tree of woe and drop kicks his chest. He picks Rey up and sends him into the corner again, runs at him but this time Rey dodges out of the way and gets a spinning kick to the gut of Woods. Now Mysterio shows he still has it as he sends Woods out to the floor and gets a drop kick through the middle rope! Back in the ring as Mysterio tosses Xavier inside he heads to the high risk district and misses badly with a body splash as Xavier front flips out of the way! Now a head clamp put on by Woods then a stomp to Rey's chest. Rey gets back to his feet and whips Xavier off the ropes, drop down then a hurricanrana by the veteran. Cover but a kick out quickly at one by Xavier.

Hurricanrana by Woods now as Rey uses the ropes to get back to his feet after the move. Woods rushes him but Mysterio sends him flying to the floor for his trouble. Now Rey to the top looking to fly again for a double stomp but again Woods gets out of the way rolling away as Mysterio avoids crashing into the announce table. Both men look at each other with respect then get back in the ring at the same time. Rey gives a drop kick then wrenches the arm and sets Woods in the ropes and we know what this means.... Miz comes from under the ring and pops Woods in the face before the 619 connects! Rey to the top Frog Splash!
    Spoiler

Backstage we see a smoke filled room. Bray Wyatt walks into frame....
Bray: Two months ago I had the whole world in my hands. I was a God among men. Then The Miz came along and took my power from me! Well tonight I have a chance to get into position to return the favor. I have a chance to be in the Money in The Bank ladder match and to do that I need to go through a man who calls himself the “Show-Off” Dolph Ziggler and a man who has come back to WWE Kurt Angle. Soon....soon I will hold the keys to the kingdom ha ha ha ha!
The camera flashes and we head to commercial.

Match 2 Tag Team: Heath Slater & Rhyno vs. The Colons
Heath and Epico get this one started as Slater gets a chop then a neck breaker and Epico quickly rolls out of the ring. Epico uses this to his advantage as he fools Slater into picking him up onto his shoulders. Epico escapes and gets a DDT! He picks Heath up and tries a punch but Heath dodges and drop kicks Epico back first into the LED screen. Heath sends Epico back in the ring as the ref reaches the four count. Russian leg sweep by Slater then he drags Epico to his corner to tag Rhyno in. The ECW vet gets a wheelbarrow suplex to Epico. He tries keeping the momentum but Epico gets a clever offensive move with a head scissor take down then tags Primo in. Primo with jabs and a drop kick then a leg drop to Rhyno . Into the corner goes Rhyno as Primo runs at him and gets a shoulder tackle as Primo stays on him with a knee drop then applies a crossface which Rhyno escapes! Rhyno's finally able to send Primo to his corner and tags Slater in who gets a kick to Primo. Primo back on the offensive whips Heath back into his corner where he tags Epico back in and they get a snapmare/ drop kick to the back combo. Now a jaw breaker here by Epico then a quick tag back to Primo as Slater gets sent to the Colon corner and the two hit another double team move to Slater. Now momentum is back on their side it seems.

Heath crawling trying to get back to his corner but gets denied as Primo gets a stump puller to the leg of Heath. Huge back suplex by Primo then he sends Slater to his corner and the tag to Epico and a double backstabber! This may have been a mistake however as the momentum of the move allows Heath to crawl over and get the hot tag to Rhyno! Shoulder tackle by Rhyno then back to back knees to the gut of Epico! Rhyno whips Epico to his corner and gets a shoulder tackle then Rhyno lifts Epico and tries a suplex but gets the leg hooked as Epico turns it around into one of his own! He tags Primo back in who quickly covers Rhyno but only gets a one count. To the top rope goes Primo and he gets the Diving Headbutt to connect! Elbow drop by Primo then a Backstabber!! Heath breaks the pin up at two then rolls to the floor! Tag to Epico and they get a double team back body drop to Rhyno. Flying clothesline by Epico then he gets the Tripleta suplexes! He pulls Rhyno up and tries to send him into his corner but Rhyno sends Epico off the ropes and hits the Gore!
    Spoiler

Backstage now we see The Miz after escaping the ire of Xavier Woods walking backstage when he runs into The Club. Miz motions for the three to follow and we see them walk towards the parking lot and the discussion looks pretty heated as all of these men have had issues with The New Day over the past month.

Match 3: Curtis Axel vs. TJP
Before the match gets going Baron Corbin makes his way to the ring and gets on Curtis' side of the ring. Giving moral support it seems.

Curtis comes and quickly hits his Rolling Neck Snap and now looking to end this early hits the Hangman's Facebuster! TJP kicks out at two! Corbin bangs on the apron in frustration as TJ gets an arm drag. Perkins picks Axel up but a rake of the eyes now then a few punches by Curtis. He sends TJP off the ropes and Corbin grabs his foot! Now TJ turns his attention to Baron and tells him to “get out of here” he pays for this as Axel makes good on the distraction clubbing Perkins in the back. TJ now an eye rake giving it back to Axel then a reverse DDT. Now Curtis rolls to the apron and slowly gets to his feet but Perkins sends him to the floor with a hard punch. On the outside TJ lifts Curtis into a fireman's carry then slams his head onto the apron. A DDT from Perkins as now he has control sending Curtis back in the ring at the count of seven. Now Perkins busts Axel open with a huge facebuster! Into the cover but a kick out at one by Axel. Baron again gets involved getting up on the apron distracting TJ as he is livid at Corbin now! This allows Curtis to hit the Perfect-Plex!
    Spoiler

Backstage we see Kurt Angle in an interview. He says that since coming back to WWE his goal is to win the WWE Championship and Money in The Bank would be a great “I'm back” moment if he were to win the briefcase. But his focus first has to be on getting there by winning the Triple Threat match tonight.

Match 4: Dean Ambrose vs. Jimmy Uso
Here we go as Jimmy gets a quick kick to Dean then he tries to suplex him but Dean quickly gets over his shoulder and hits a neck breaker. Dean avoids another suplex and turns it into a northern lights suplex. Back to his feet Jimmy sends Ambrose into the corner and his back bounces off the pad hard right into a double underhook suplex by Uso. Now a gut buster then a duo of running drop kick. Snake eyes from Jimmy to Dean, Dean returns the favor with a clothesline to Jimmy that slumps him into the corner. Jimmy dodges the attack, gets up and gets a clothesline to Ambrose. Now Jimmy with a jaw breaker right into a spinning clothesline! Now Jimmy applies Tequila Sunrise but Dean gets out of it! DDT by Jimmy and now he heads to the top rope looking to fly but Dean wisely rolls out of the ring. Jimmy goes after Dean anyway flying off looking for an ax handle but gets shut down. Dean sends Jimmy back into the ring and gets a DDT then beats on his chest before taking Uso down with two clotheslines and a bulldog! Dean grabs the foot of Jimmy but gets kicked away, Jimmy let's out an “Uce” chant before getting hit with a Thez Press by Dean. Neck breaker then Dirty Deeds!
    Spoiler

Main Event Triple Threat MiTB Qualifier: Bray Wyatt vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Kurt Angle
Bray charges Kurt and clotheslines him then he goes after Dolph but Dolph gets a kick to the face and down goes Wyatt. Bray and Dolph back to their feet and Ziggler gets an uppercut then a neck breaker. Kurt gets a leg snap to Bray as Dolph rolls to the floor. Now Angle applies a submission move but Bray gets out of it with a knee to Angle. Dolph back in the ring with a drop kick to Bray now he rolls out. Kurt and Dolph in the ring as Ziggler gets a rolling neck snap. Wyatt comes back in behind Ziggler and drills Angle with a back suplex. Dolph with a facebuster to Bray, Kurt with a shoulder tackle to Ziggler then he applies a kneebar to Wyatt who escapes! Cover but just a one count as Dolph slowly crawls to his feet. Punch by Angle to the top of Bray's head as Dolph tries to catch Kurt off guard with a jumping clothesline but Kurt kicks Ziggler then hits his patented triple German suplex combination! Bray gets a two handed overhead slam to Kurt! Angle rolls out and Bray covers Dolph but he gets the kick out at one!

Bray kicks Dolph in the back, but Ziggler gets up and quickly hits a Famhouser to Wyatt! Cover by Ziggler as Kurt is coming to on the outside. Bray kicks out at two barely just as Kurt gets in the ring! Bray rolls out after getting hit by all these big shots and now it's just Kurt and Dolph into the ring and a Zig Zag from Ziggler! Pin now 1-2-Kurt kicks out!! Dolph can't believe it! Bray gets back in the ring and hits a pumphandle suplex to a shocked Ziggler then right into the cover 1-2- and Dolph kicks out at two!! Now Dolph rolls to the floor as Kurt is slumped in the corner Bray goes after him digging his foot into Angle's face. Now he pulls Angle from the corner and a suplex from the apron. June Week 2
      Orlando,FL
The show starts with GM William Regal coming down to the ring. He reminds the fans that the first Takeover event is this Sunday and that tonight will be a great chance for everyone to get some last minute momentum heading into the PPV. Regal heads to the back after the announcement as we get set for our first match of the night.

Match 1: Aleister Black vs. Hideo Itami
In a very competitive match to start the show Black picks up the win hitting Black Mass on Itami as he was distracted by No Way Jose dancing on the stage. Itami looks livid at Jose and he can't wait to get his hands on his opponent at Takeover.
      Spoiler

Before the next match we see Aliyah and Liv Morgan backstage in an interview. Aliyah says that while her and Liv aren't friends tonight they must team up to face Lacey Evans and Sonya Deville. Aliyah promises not to betray her partner tonight as the two head toward the ring.

Match 2 Tag Team: Aliyah & Liv Morgan vs. Lacey Evans & Sonya Deville
A great tag team contest between the four women who will compete for the vacant NXT Women's title on Sunday at Takeover. The end came when Liv was looking to tag Aliyah in but Aliyah wanted no part of the tag and leaned away from the rope. Morgan forced the tag anyway thus making Aliyah legal. Sonya drills Aliyah with a Roundhouse Kick shortly after.
      Spoiler

We see Johnny Gargano in a backstage interview now. He says last week was a great start on his climb to becoming NXT Champion, but tonight he has a tough test against one of the best on the brand in Adam Cole. Gargano says he is aware that Cole will do anything he has to to get a win and is ready for whatever Adam has up his sleeve.

Match 3: Roderick Strong vs. Kassius Ohno
Strong picks up the win with help from The Undisputed Era as Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Rielly make an appearance They distract Ohno and Strong hits the Rocket Kick to put this one away. After the match Bobby and Kyle point to their heads the back to Roderick and they yell “think about it” as they head to the back. Strong yells back “I want Adam” but to no avail as the two are gone. This has to hurt Kassius heading into Takeover against the NXT Champion Bobby Roode.
      Spoiler

Match 4: Bobby Roode vs. Killian Dane w/Sanity
This was a good match where Dane held his own against the NXT champ for a bit before The Authors of Pain got involved and ambushed Erick Young and Alexander Wolfe at ringside! Dane goes to help but Bobby grabs him and hits the Glorious DDT! Bobby escapes up the ramp as AoP and Sanity brawl around the ring! Paul Ellering is standing at the ramp watching his boys go to work as security rushes past him to pull the two teams apart!
      Spoiler

Main Event: Adam Cole vs. Johnny Gargano
A fantastic main event that sees numerous near falls and close finishes. In the end it's Adam Cole who gets the win after somehow turning the Gargano Escape into a pin! The ref counts to three and Cole pops up in celebration! Gargano's shoulders didn't look like they were all the way down and he tries pleading with the ref but nothing doing. As Adam heads up the ramp Roderick Strong meets him at the stage and the two have an intense stare down. Roderick says “you and me at Takeover”. Cole just smiles and says “fine” then does his “Adam Cole bay bay” taunt before walking past Strong to the back.
      Spoiler

Re: Reed's WWE 2k19 Universe Mode: The Re-Write Continued

        RAW:
Dillinger pulling off a major upset over Owens, dang. KO can't be happy.
Ascension also pulling off an upset over AA.
Balor with a somewhat upset as well (in WWE terms at least)

Hardys with a big contender win and the main event was great. Hit Squad looked good though.

        SD:
Rey Mysterio with a big return win.
        Rhyno/Slater with a nice win.
Ambrose with a big win in their feud with the Usos.
Bray Wyatt got probably the biggest win of the night and week I would say in that Triple Threat.

        NXT:
Deville and Evans make a very formidable duo.
Black, Strong, Roode, and Cole all got HUGE wins.

Good set of shows for the week

          Already loving Miz and Woods!

Interesting seeing Bray qualify. Probably my least favorite of those 3, but perhaps the most intriguing.

              June Week 2
              Los Angeles,CA

The show starts and we see GM's Lita and Trish Stratus in conversation. They are talking about how happy they are with the way the brand is growing. Trish gets a phone call now and it looks to be a positive one. She gets done with the call and tells Lita that next month is going to be big because someone new is coming to join the brand. Lita asks who and Trish whispers the name in her ear. Lita has a huge smile on her face as the show intro begins to play.

We are now treated to another video package for the woman known as “Primetime”. We see a few more shots of her UFC knockouts including one that features her jumping off the cage and kicking a woman in the face then we see her holding the UFC title. We then see her silhouette and the words “Primetime arrives next month”.

Match 1: Charlotte Flair vs. Skye w/Paige
Charlotte grabs Skye's arm and twists it but Skye gets a punch to break the hold then a kick. Punch from Skye is blocked as Charlotte gives it back then she puts Skye on her shoulders but she slips out behind her and hits a DDT and Charlotte rolls out of the ring looking angry. She gets back in and gets a sit out face buster then she wrenches the neck on Skye. She pulls her back to her feet and tries a kick but Skye catches it and gets the STO then a stomp to the chest of Flair. Charlotte gets back to her feet and whips Skye into the corner and thrusts her shoulder into the abdomen, then a kick that forces Skye to slump in the corner and one more for good measure. Back to her feet is Skye as she sends Charlotte to the apron then to the floor with a punch. She points and her chin telling Flair to bring it as she bounces on her feet in the ring. Skye goes out to get her and Charlotte tries a jaw breaker but Skye kicks her away and slides back in the ring as Charlotte gives chase.

Flair gets Skye onto her shoulders again and gets a backpack stunner! Into the cover but a kick out at one. Again pulling the neck of Skye then drops a knee right on her face. Big exploder suplex then a stump puller! Arm drag from Skye as she creates some space then a slap to Charlotte right into a pin but Charlotte quickly kicks out before one and has this look of “I can't believe she just did that” on her face. Back to their feet a punch from Skye is blocked then a chop across the chest by Charlotte right into a Spear and a wooooo from the Queen!

Raine I've got news for you, Empira is ready for you tonight. But last week was just another step on making sure that darkness will fall over both of you. Tonight.....the shadows creep ever closer.

Match 2: Sara Maple w/Divas of Doom vs. Cindy North
Cindy tries lifting Sara onto her shoulders but Sara gets out of it and hits a reverse DDT. Sit out face buster from Maple then she applies an arm trap STF. Sara responds quickly getting a huge German suplex and bridges into a pin but North escapes at two! Into the ropes this time chest first goes Cindy and the double knees to the back connect this time for Maple as Beth and Sara cheer her on outside. Jawbreaker by Maple then she backs up and slides into the knee of North with a hard kick that sends her to the mat holding the knee in pain. CAW's Featured:

The Dark Rising (Trinity, Empira and Pandora)
              From: Parts Unknown
              Bio:
One of the two teams to make their way over from the AWA promotion in Australia. The Dark Rising formed when Trinity revealed herself to be the leader after a long, heated rivalry with Chloe Valentine that ended with Tx3 capturing the Femme Fatal Championship from Chloe. Trinity is cunning, wily and crafty and as a result this has led her and her faction to gain dominance in AWA. Empira is the enforcer of the group. Her level of violence is unmatched and she is a woman of few words. Pandora makes up the second half of the tag team with Empira and despite her current cold appearance, she used to be a bubbly person. Even though she is the youngest member of the group she's very smart and is very good at the mind games. The “Twisted Doll” and Empira have seen success in AWA's tag team division and are looking to have similar goals here along with the Empress Trinity in WWE.

The Valentine Sisters (Chloe and Raine)
              From: Cambridgeshire,England
              Bio:
Now these ladies, these two are some of the baddest women to come from England. They made their mark in AWA not as a tag team but as singles competitors. Chloe and Raine in fact were involved in one of the messiest title feuds in the company's history that saw Raine put her sister on the shelf for seven months. Times have changed since then however as now they seem to have put their old history aside and when WWE came calling, they accepted and have now formed a team that is set to put the whole world on notice. Raine is a hothead, but cold and calculated at the same time. She's very confident and very proud of it all too. She's willing to piss anyone off to get her way. Chloe meanwhile is the tactician of the two, having to keep her sister in check and while she is the more popular of the two due to her speed, power and athletic move set you can see exactly why these two together can only mean good things for them. There's a reason they are referred to as “Pretty Mean Sisters”. They have all the tools to be a force in the Women's Tag Team division.

              Skye
              From: Chelsea, England
              Bio:
A fan favorite in the England wrestling scene Skye has come to WWE and brought those fans with her. She has been known to be a “wild child” and it earned her the nickname “The Rebel” across the pond. This has not made her many friends, except maybe Paige because the two have been seen hanging out in the locker room. In the ring Skye brings a ruthless aggression style along with a big heart, this makes her difficult to keep down for the three count in big time matches. This allowed her to capture the Women's Championship at her promotion and hold it for over a year. Can you see why she's a fan favorite in England?

              Sara “The Tornado” Maple
              From: Vancouver,British Columbia (Canada)
              Bio:
Sara is a phenomenal wrestler who came to WWE after being scouted at an indie event in Canada. She's a really loveable person with a charming personality. She loves to have fun for the fans and for herself in the ring. The girl really gives it her all and has tremendous heart. However, just because she is charming, don't let that fool you because she has been known to show a whole other side if things don't go her way. She can become very ruthless if this happens so my advice, make sure she stays happy and if she trusts you, don't break that.

                NXT Takeover Preview

NXT's first Takeover PPV comes to you live this Sunday from Orlando,Florida and it's shaping up to be a great night of action as the future of the WWE take center stage! The card from top to bottom is a good one as we have three championship matches on tap, one of which will crown a NEW NXT Women's Champion after Asuka vacated it when she moved up to Women of Wrestling. Let's get into our preview of the night as well as our predictions! We would love to hear from you all as well so tell us who do YOU think will walk away winners on Sunday night?

No Way Jose vs. Hideo Itami
This one is all about bragging rights. Each man wants to prove that they belong. Itami has been looking dangerous since his return from injury and No Way Jose wants to be taken as a legit contender in NXT. Both have used mind games in this rivalry and this past Wednesday on NXT Jose used his dancing to distract Itami in his match. This should be a great one as both men are looking to take the next step up on the brand.
                Prediction: No Way Jose

NXT Tag Team Championship: Authors of Pain vs. Sanity ©
This has been a great tag team rivalry, you would say that if you're a Sanity fan. They came out and took control of this feud early winning the first few contests between the two teams. This showed some cracks in Akam and Rezar but each time Paul Ellering was able to get the two on the same page despite the outcome. On the go home show the two looked to be united for the cause as they attacked Sanity at ringside during their third member Killian Dane's match against Bobby Roode. They are looking to ride the wave of momentum from that attack to a NXT Tag Team Championship title win. Sanity however is looking to hold onto their titles after losing Nikki Cross to Women of Wrestling and Sawyer Fulton who is no longer with the company. To say they are facing adversity would be a fair statement.
                Prediction: Sanity

Six Woman Battle Royal #1 Contenders Match: Kairi Sane vs. Tessa Blanchard vs. Toni Storm vs. Ruby Riott vs. Bianca Belair vs. Shayna Baszler
These six women all missed out on their chance to be in the Fatal-4-Way NXT Women's Championship match but they will get a shot at the title first if one of them can come out victorious. We saw Shayna Baszler pick up a win against one of the women in the Fatal-4-Way, her former friend Sonya Deville last week so if those two win their respective matches that should be a great one to watch. But this match has some of the best women on NXT in it so this will not be an easy one at all.
                Prediction: Shayna Baszler

Fatal-4-Way NXT Women's Championship: Aliyah vs. Liv Morgan vs. Lacey Evans vs. Sonya Deville
All of these women had to endure a lot to get to this point. Aliyah pulled off an upset win over Kairi Sane, Lacey Evans beat Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan survived a triple threat with Sarah Logan and Ruby Riott and Sonya Deville outlasted three other women in a battle royal including eliminating her former friend Shayna Baszler to get here. They are battle tested and ready to fill the void left by Asuka. Who will be the new NXT Women's Champion once Sunday night comes to a close?
                Prediction: Sonya Deville

Extreme Rules: Elias vs. Aleister Black
Aleister Black debuted last month and made a quick impact after defeating Tony Sabatelli in his first mini feud on the roster. Elias has taken notice of Black and attacked him off air as Black was coming into the Performance Center on Thursday. After his actions General Manager William Regal made the match between these two. Will NXT “Walk with Elias” or will Black continue his rise?
                Prediction: Aleister Black

                Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong
This one was only a matter of time in everyone's eyes. It started with Adam Cole asking Strong if he wanted to join The Undisputed Era, then Cole gave Roderick a “gift” of an Undisputed Era wrist band trying to sweeten the deal. This past Wednesday Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly of The Undisputed Era came out and helped Strong win his match, which he was none too happy about. Adam Cole told Roderick he had until Takeover to give him his answer, now Takeover is just a few days away and maybe after this match....we will all know what that answer will be. Either way this could be the match of the night.
                Prediction: Adam Cole

Extreme Rules NXT Championship: Kassius Ohno vs. Bobby Roode ©
Another great rivalry for the biggest title on NXT. Bobby Roode has shown more times than not why he's NXT Champion, including replacing himself in a match with Ohno with Tyler Bate. He's cunning, confident and brash. He'll do whatever it takes to hold onto the NXT title. Kassius Ohno wants to show that it only takes one shot to get to the top of the mountain. Ohno will for sure be looking to end this one early if he gets the chance. With this being an Extreme Rules match expect any and everything in this one.
                Prediction: Bobby Roode

Bobby holds his pose for a few moments then realizes Watson is still there holding the mic up, he shoves Percy out of the way and walks to the locker room.

Itami avoids a kick sliding under Jose's legs and gets a reverse DDT and Jose rolls out of the ring afterwards. Itami goes after him and gets a spinning kick to the chest then drags Jose by the hair to the barricade but Jose gets away in time with elbows to Hideo's chest. Itami tries a kick but it's caught by Jose and he gives a kick back to Itami that sends him over the barricade! Jose goes after him and now the two trade blows by the fans in the front row as the ref counts in the ring! Knee to the gut then a headbutt by Jose as the ref has reached the count of seven! Both men manage to get their way back to the ring and Itami goes to work striking Jose to the corner chest first. Hideo tries another but Jose counters with a kick and sets Itami in the corner. Itami picks Jose up and goes to kick again but this one is caught by Jose and he converts it into a torture rack sit out powerbomb!

Jose is fired up as he spins around and yells! Jose runs at Itami in the corner looking for a knee but it's dodged and Hideo goes back to the kicking game backing Jose into the ropes then sends him off trying to keep momentum but Jose stuffs it grabbing Itami and kicking him away and then quickly hitting the Cutthroat Side Slam! Cover but Itami's got fight left in him kicking out at two! Now Jose calls for the end and when Itami gets to his feet he lifts Hideo into the air and drills him with a Pop-Up Fastball Punch!
                            Spoiler

We now see Paul Ellering and the Authors of Pain flanking him. Paul begins to speak....
Paul: Tonight you will see two men out to destroy Sanity. They want to break them, and take the NXT Tag Team Championships for their own. They will do whatever they have to to see this done. Now boys...let's go bring the pain.

Akam and Eric Young start this one out and Akam twists the arm of Young but he gets punched and Young hits a crucifix DDT. Kick by Young then he lifts Akam partly up but that was a mistake as Akam slams Eric back to the mat then picks him up and tosses him with a beil throw. Now an eye rake from Young then a quick punch which sends Akam to a knee. Akam sends Eric to the apron with an irish whip then tags in Rezar as Young drops to the floor outside and greets Rezar with some strikes and sets him back in the ring then gets a chop to his throat. Whip into the corner and a tag to Wolfe who gets a kick to the chest of Rezar as Eric holds him still. Alexander picks Rezar up into a fireman's carry but Rezar's able to elbow his way out from up there and gets a back suplex. He drags Wolfe to his corner and Akam is back in. Into the corner goes Wolfe now and a tag back to Rezar, the two connect with rapid knees and a double gutbuster dropping Alexander on their knees. Paul looks on pleased at the progress so far. Axe handle from Rezar then an overhead belly to back and a tag to Akam.

Suplex from Akam but Wolfe is finally able to get away taking Akam off his feet and gets the tag to Eric. Kick to the chest of Akam then another to the leg by Young. Arm drag connects but Akam fires back with a knee then a headbutt. Jaw breaker by Young but he can't keep it going as Akam shoves Young away and another headbutt. Akam sends Eric to his corner but can't get the tag as Eric fights out of danger turning things in his favor with a back breaker. Eric falls to his knee and begins crawling for his corner looking for Alexander but Akam gets hold of his foot and pounces with a belly to back slam. He pulls Young back to his feet but Eric counters with a jaw breaker then a thez press! Shoulder tackle now then Young goes to the top rope and hits the Diving Elbow Drop! Cover by Eric to retain the gold! Alexander is too quick for Rezar and blocks the save!
                            Spoiler

Backstage we see Sonya Deville in an interview with Dasha Fuentes....
Dasha: Sonya tonight is a big night. You and three other women all have the chance to become the new NXT Women's Champion what would it mean for you to have that honor?
Sonya: Dasha if I become NXT Women's Champion tonight it would be simply amazing. Asuka was dominant in her time here as champion and if I can have the chance to put my name in that category tonight that would be great.
Just then Shayna Baszler walks into frame...
Shayna: You better hope you don't win that title because if you do....I'll make sure I take it from you and make your title reign memorable for a whole different reason.
Shayna turns to walk away and Sonya grabs her arm.
Sonya: Well then, we'll see what happens then won't we?
Shayna pulls her arm away and walks away now.

Match 3 Six Woman #1 Contenders Battle Royal: Ruby Riott vs. Toni Storm vs. Kairi Sane vs. Tessa Blanchard vs. Bianca Belair vs. Shayna Baszler

Glad you enjoyed man! This was six pages long in my word document haha!

Not gonna lie, I really thought Shayna was going to win the battle royal for a minute, now I gotta some research on Tessa's character.

What did you think of the Strong-Cole match and end result? I had a hard time trying to figure out what to do, but once the game did what it did that helped me creatively. Love it when things come together.

I'm just bummed it wasn't really a match between Roode and Ohno. But, someone's gotta step up now.
