Pretty solid couple of runs at Charlotte across the different series. I have to believe Steve is a darkhorse pick to win the 600!

Re: The Career Of Steve Fulton(Nascar Racing 2002 Season) 2nd Attempt

          *UPDATE*

I am looking to run the Busch Series as well as the Winston Cup Series for the next season. The only problem is there is a glitch on this game where if you have a season running and start a new season with a different carset the old season will now be forced into that carset as well. So I would have to either change the cars out each race, very tedious but doable or run the Busch Season first and then the Cup Season.

I have four options I'm looking at. I can....

          A. Change out the cars in a carset each race. Tedious but wouldn't be too bad the more I think about it. I would just be afraid of leaving someone out by accident.

          B. Do the way I've been doing it now with Single Race mode for Busch and calculate the points myself. I got a headache just reading that!

          C. Only do a partial schedule. This way I could have the Busch Series done in a week and then just post as normal.

          D. Run the Busch Series and then Winston Cup Series and there would be an obvious lag in posting updates of a little bit while I completed the Busch schdule.

I'm leaning toward A as it just seems the best to not have a lag in updates on the write-up which I am saying is really fun. It is keeping my mind busy which is good when you are trying to lose weight and not eat 24/7. LOL

Thanks for dropping in and I look forward to doing this. I was a HUGE NASCAR fan back in the 90's and 00's so it's like I'm strolling down memory lane.

Plan on picking it back up (the fandom)? Jeff Gordon was my guy in my younger days, and when he hung it up I latched onto Chase Elliott in the #24 and then chose to follow him to the #9 when they moved William Byron into the #24.

The only drivers I've ever "hated" for whatever reason are Sterling Marlin, Dale Jarrett, and currently Kurt and Kyle Busch.

I still watched occasionally but I just don't like how they change rules and how they do things so much. I get they are trying to entertain but some things weren't broke when they tried to "fix" them.

I don't like the Stage Race Cautions. I think they should give out there bonus points for that Stage but bunching the field back up isn't my thing. I get why, I just don't prefer it. Tony Stewart said it best here:

I haven't watched a race in a couple years. I mean sit down and watch the race. I will keep up with it but I used to sit down and watch the whole race, I could tell you who drove what car, the sponsor, the crew chief and what the driver had for breakfast. LOL I may try to get back into it like I was but professional sports as a whole kind of lost it's appeal to me the older I got. I used to follow other sports just as passionately and now just catch up occasionally.

Sorry for the long ramble, thanks for checking in!

I'm good with whatever you feel most comfortable with regarding the Busch Series! Would love to see that series implemented into your report, so whatever way is easiest for you works for me as well.

Sucks about the qualifying run at Dover, but nice rebound to finish in the middle of the pack. Onto Richmond!

I like you doing the Busch Series, but it might be weird if you first do an entire Busch season and then the entire Winston Cup season. I think option A or C are the most sensible. But I'll keep reading no matter what!

                        Good luck at Richmond!

Thanks for the feedback, yeah I love some of the other tracks the Busch Series goes to that I want to run on like IRP, Myrtle Beach, Pikes Peak and the Milwaukee Mile. I have a Gateway track but the AI is beyond fixable there. Something is wrong in the track itself that I can't fix so I have Martinsville in it's place for the Busch schedule.

Yeah, Dover is a tough track and I'm glad we ran OK there.

I think A will be easiest and there would be no delay in posting. I have to test changing the cars but I'm not going to until I'm done with this season. I don't want to mess up my current file.

Thanks for the feedback and following!
