Rocky Marciano (Champion) vs. Pierre Coetzer (8) [Heavyweights, 15 round title defense]
Couldn't believe we got a 1 vs. 2 random matchup in the first round, triggering an immediate mandatory title defense. Marciano should be heavyweight champion for quite a while, if he doesn't draw Klitschko; not much competition in the top 10, and the rating system will ensure that it will be a while before there's movement between groups (once it starts, there should be a steady flow).
