Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
I saw his game the other night, I liked what I saw tons of speed with the ball in his hands and looked like he was a good corner. Which way will he line up at in FSU?Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
He was recruited by OCIW James Coley and WR Coach Lawrence Dawsey so I have to guess some offensive position. I thought I heard they'd try to use him like Percy Harvin as a RB/WR.Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
5* OLB/DE Chris Martin has committed to California after previously de-committing from Notre Dame. Also in consideration were Florida, Oklahoma and USC. Confirmed by his Grandview HS Coach.

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Interesting quotes from Martin:
When Chris Martin was a sophomore, he would go round and round with his father about Cal. His father would tell him that Cal, the school up the road from his Oakland home, would be the perfect fit for him. But Martin, the five-star outside linebacker/defensive end that was the best prospect to come out of Oakland in years, could never see himself as a Bear.
"I would tell him that I could do Florida, I could do USC, I could do Notre Dame," Martin said. "But man, I hated Cal at the time. I guess I should have listened to him because he was right."
"My mom loves it," he said. "My dad loves it. This is more of a family fit for me. This time around it was more than just me. It was a family decision."I dont remember there names but they were allot of fun....Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
John Fulton was supposed to announce on Thursday his intentions to sign with Alabama.
However that's been moved to January 2nd because of some weird scheduling conflict. Now, his dad will be present for the announcement.
It'll be a good day when Fulton picks Alabama, he could play next season.Twitter

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Hmm, Bama fans on another board don't seem quite as confident about it. Granted I'm not an expert on his recruitment or anything, but sounded more like a toss up between Bama/SC than a sure thing for either side. Fulton would be a good get considering Bama's depth chart at CB isn't very deep for next year.MLB: Rays
