USF is a horrible school, what school in the Big East would you honestly say is worse academically?

USF has the most lax academic standards in the entire Big East, and nearly in the entire NCAA.

Lets be honest, USF is nothing more than a 4 year community college with Division 1 athletics.

            This.

Look at Leavitt personally and you see he comes out in his players.

They have to lead the NCAA in personal fouls. I know when they play RU they usually have at least 4-5 late hit calls, at least 2 pass interference, and a few unnecessary roughness.

If a player does not meet Florida's academics, they go to Florida St. If they cannot Meet their Academics they go to Miami. if they Cannot meet those, they go to USF.

I thought Miami had pretty decent academics as a whole, but their football standards are non-existent?

Maybe they actually didn't see what happened, but are friends with the player in question so they went along with it? I don't know. I just know that the player and his father, who is either a police officer now or at least was, both have said that their earlier statements were "overexaggerated" and that the player was not struck by Leavitt.

I find it hard to believe that a father, who is or was a police officer, would say that his child wasn't assaulted if he indeed was.

                    Well something smells fishy here.

Either way Leavitt will have to watch his back from here on out unless USF wants to be Like Miami was in the '80s/early '90s.

Miami and FSU have stricter academic standards than Florida. (See John Brown, Torrey Davis, Riley Cooper)

You look at him like a cop. I look @ him like a man. And a father will compromise if he feels it is best for his child. How you laid it out could very well be the situation. But there were alot of quotes from multiple sources for it to be just an "over exaggeration".

I find it hard to believe that any father would compromise his son being assaulted. How in the hell is it best for his child to overlook the fact that he's playing for a coach that will hit him when aggrevated enough?

And how many multiple sources? I've only heard about the son, the father, Leavitt, and 5 football players who have said what they saw/thought happened.

If his kid wants to play football, I would not be shocked @ all that he'd back off his comments to allow his 20yr old son to make his own decision. If the boy was younger, he'd probably hurl death threats @ Leavitt. But since he's old enough to make his own decisions, he'll back off.

And you just named the multiple sources. I don't know why you'd ask explanation of that.
