For an official visit, sure. I'd take one there too if I were a recruit. Miami, USC, ad Hawaii would be 3 that I'd try to make.

That was big. Guy is definitely the missing link to the 3-4. He can step in day 1 and start at the nose tackle over anybody on the team.

AA, seems as though you can thank UT's very own Gerald Jones for your signing of Gabe Wright. He spoke with Gabe on the eve of NSD with Trooper and pushed him to AU. I love it when current players push a recruit to go elsewhere, Gerald can burn for all I care.

Gabe was a heavy AU lean since June. Despite UT's late push, he was Auburn's to lose. But we do appreciate the help.

You are misinformed. He was a AU lean up until about late December. Gabe was a VOL as of eve of NSD. He had a conversation with Trooper and Gerald Jones in that Jones urged him not to come to UT. Jones and Gabe became friends during Gabe's visit and Jones has been disgruntled at the lack of focus he was recieving in the offensive gameplan, also the turmoil that he went through with the staff changeovers the last three years didnt help. This has all been confimed by Hubbs and a number of other people and players. Also Gerald Williams was in Tiny's ear as well and Tiny confirmed this with the UT staff.

It really doesnt matter at this point as far as AU is concerned. This situation now is an internal matter that hopefully some of the players will handle with Gerald Jones and Gerald Williams.

TIFWIW, but it was from the most reliable Auburn insider that I know of. I can't remember the last time he got something like that wrong because he rarely posts unless he knows for sure, unlike the Auburn rivals guys.

Understood, but there are very different accounts with the Gabe Wright and Tiny recruitments, who knows.
