Yeah, I realize it's one of the lower tiers of division 1-A college football, but for Ohio guys like me, it's a real treat. Toldeo, Bowling Green, Kent State, Akron, and Miami are all a short drive away from me. Just curious what your thoughts are on the MAC this year. I've got Miami winning the East, and Toledo or Bowling Green winning the West.

I agree with you on the west , I think Toledo will take it. I can't wait untill the Rocekts travel to BG this year that should be a good one.Comment

I think you'll be interested to know that I grew up on the same street and played basketball and football growing up with Lawrence Reid who is a LB for your Wolverines. Also, i pick Miami, OH to win the MAC, another friend of mine plays for them, Ryan Redd.

niu should be pretty good. What with michael turner and holdi.
The only reason I know anything about the mac is from playing as niu and toledo in ncaa 04.
Turner won the heisman and niu finished ranked in one of my seasons as toledo.
