Cam Newton is up there with Michael Vick and Vince Young on the ability to run the ball and a damn good passer. He broke too many tackles for us to win I don't care if he's 6'6" leg tackles won't stop him. Willy Robinson's only idea to stop him is too blitz? Every pass he threw was open to the receiver so why would you blitz?

Tyler Wilson was damn good I've been talking to my family about this kid ever since that Alabama game when Ryan Mallett looked hurt. He's the leading career high school passer in the state of Arkansas, he had a lot of preps during the off season, and Petrino even made Casey Dick and his brother look good in that LSU game in 08. The only thing I said against him was that he didn't have a good arm. Well to be fair after seeing all these Mallett throws everyone looks like weak-armed.

Now to the refs. You're seriously gonna complain about these calls for Auburn after that pass interference call on a FB on the goal line? Also what about that 4th down throw where the receiver caught it backward and they didn't place it where the ball was? I'll admit there was some semi-conclusive evidence but if I was a neutral official I wouldn't see enough evidence to turn over any of those calls except when the Auburn back was signaled a TD that one was bull. I'm done with going against refs because they have some hard jobs and no matter what one team is going to hate you for something.

I love Arkansas football more than anything else besides my family. But I draw the line when people play the rigged game call.
    Thank. you.

Calls went BOTH ways. We got a BS "Roughing the Passer" on 3rd down that kept an Arky drive alive and, of course, that ridiculous PI call on us that GAVE Arky a TD.

We won the game by 22 freaking points...refs didn't "win" the game for Auburn. Cam Newton and Co. did.

But..we've had haters all year. They just get louder as we keep winning.

AU is now a Top 5 team with the best player in America under center. The haters are gonna be louder than ever now.

Total freak. I don't give a rat's azz if his passing is perfect, if he fits the NFL QB mold..blah blah freaking blah.

He is UNSTOPPABLE in the role he plays at Auburn.

      LSU won't stop him.

      Georgia won't stop him.

      Alabama won't stop him.

The dude has been gameplanned to death by Clemson, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Arkansas and Cam has rushed for AT LEAST 170 yards on each of those teams.

We can "read option" a team to death. We scored 65 points and only threw 15 passes.

In all honesty, it doesn't even matter that our defense isn't spectacular. We'll outscore every opponent we face this year.

Think I'm wrong? I'm still waiting on someone to stop Cam. Hasn't happened in 7 games and it won't happen in the final five outside of him breaking his leg.

Everyone see this? Everyone noting the difference between Alabama and Auburn fans? They've got the worst defense in the SEC and they're putting themselves in the national title game and claiming to have a once in 25 years type player at quarterback.

First of all, yesterday proved that there is a defense worse than Auburn's.

Second of all, I don't think most Auburn fans are putting us in the SEC championship game at this point, much less the National Championship.

Nothing against AA because with every fanbase there are optimistic fans and pessimistic fans, but no fanbase's views can be defined by one fan.

Hell, as recent as a week and a half ago there were Alabama fans claiming that this years team could be their best team ever, I don't think every fan agreed with them, though.

LOL...keep drinking that Haterade. I know it buuuuuurns you up that Auburn is now a Top 5 team, legit NC threat, and has the clear front runner in the Heisman race.

It's ok..your boys will get your chance against our poor overrated Tigers. Your defense will have a chance to not be roadkill like every other defense Cam has faced this season.

And the next time you guys have a QB who can do the stuff that Cam does will be the first time.

We are 7 games into the season...that's s-e-v-e-n..and Cam is still the leading rusher in the SEC and second in the nation in pass efficiency. Kid is special.

Keep hatin'. I enjoy it. We'll keep winning.

Yup that was after their "signature win" over Mighty Florida. The same Florida that has now lost 3 in a row and scored a whopping 7 points...at home..against that mediocre Miss. State squad that Auburn was "lucky to beat" in Starkville.

Like our Pregame Video says..all we do is win win win and the folks in TTown can't stand it.

                1. Auburn doesn't have the worst defense in the SEC

                2. How isn't Cam Newton a "once in XX years type of player?"

He's leading the SEC in rushing yards by 200 yards as a QB, he's the #2 player in the country in passing efficiency, and he has scored more TDs than anyone in the country.

Arkansas' defense has had a solid season. Don't let one game cloud your judgment. That was the 1st time all season they had given up 25+ meanwhile Auburn has done that 4 times.

You live in Tulsa. You have no idea of the Auburn or Alabama fanbase until you live in Alabama for awhile. But I'm talking strictly on this site and it's fairly obvious the difference between the fans on here.

Burns me up? Are you on crack? 9 months ago we won the NATIONAL TITLE. Nothing any team does this season will "burn me up".

Who said overrated? Auburn's legit. Nobody is disputing that. Accept it with humility.

And the next time you guys have a QB who can do the stuff that Cam does will be the first time.
Oh you mean like win the first 3 Super Bowls? Win his first 19 collegiate starts? Win a national title in the modern era? Start in 3 consecutive SEC championship games? Ahh..must be nice to have that.

He is special as I said he's in the mix for the Heisman. Again, you're fishing for compliments.

Alabama has never had a quarterback close to Cam's ability.

Comparing McElroy to Cam is laughable.

Comparing the two programs is also laughable. Not to mention Alabama's offense is a pro style offense, while Auburn's is not. And Alabama doesn't judge their QB's on ability. They judge them on the win/loss record. Brodie Croyle was the most talented QB Alabama ever had, but he wasn't a winner. Therefore, he's never mentioned among great Alabama QB's and never will be.

I'm just hoping our d doesn't make LSU's offense look superhuman. Auburn is playing very well, and I don't know how Cam is just in the mix AT THIS POINT, but after next week Auburn and the rest of the nation will know whether he is truly legit or not.

Please...enough with the "Well after NEXT week, we'll see if he is truly legit".

We are seven games into the season. Not one. Not Three. Seven. Cam is legit, has been legit, and will be legit for the foreseeable future.
