Texas probably still shouldn't be ranked though.

Oh I agree there, they are only ranked because of their name. But the part about BYU is pretty irrelevant to them being ranked imo.

Just got back home from Columbus and wow what a great game played by Toldeo. If Fickell doesn't let Braxton get some playing time this team will lose 5 games plain and simple.

It was a very exciting and felt weird rooting against the Buckeyes (UT student). This game showed that Ohio State could have some troubles ahead but also showed that Toledo is the team to beat in the Mac. Boise is gonna go down Friday night!

How is Texas in the top 25??? Couldn't even make a bowl game last year and are losing to the fighting mormons

Reading your posts will make me check this thread every week. I can't get enough of your stuff. On a side note, Texas should not be ranked but that doesn't mean BYU is a bunch of slouches either.

What's with all these "good" teams playing close with lesser schools? Clemson by a touchdown over Wofford, tOSU by less than a TD over Toledo, Maine nearly edging Pitt? Some of these teams may be in trouble here in a few weeks.

In other news, Marshall beats Southern Mississippi 26-20. Down 17-3 at the half, we outscore them 23-3 in the 2nd. True freshman quarterback Rakeem Cato goes 27-42 for for 275 yards and 3 TDs.

I'm telling all of you guys now, The Herd will be back in the top 25 very soon. Not this year, but I almost expect it next year.
