Nevada leads Texas Tech 28-21 in the 3rd. Tech's rush defense(or defense in general) is just as bad as always.

Texas Tech closes the gap to Nevada, down 31-28 now. Nevada's offense has been crazy though(300 rush, 202 pass for far). doubtful Tech can stop them, maybe get lucky like last drive and hold them to a FG.

Nevada fails on 4th and 10. Texas Tech wins 35-34. even though Tech's defense gave up 562 yards, the 2 goal line stands in the 4th that held Nevada to 2 FGs was the difference.

weird stat for Texas Tech though. 222 yards passing, 220 yards rushing. I think it's been a while since they were that balanced on offense.

Also, Tech's QB, who is not a runner, rushed for 83 yards on 9 carries. I guess running the zone read and QB draws as a team that normally doesn't do it can throw the defense off.
