How can UM fans say Carr is overrated and not a good coach? He won a National Championship for your school. I realized it was 7 years ago but how often do you think teams win them. He also has the team competitive year in and year out. He didn't do that badly of a job in this game. If you watched the game you would of seen that Michigan moved the ball pretty nicely on USC. Even in the 1st half before USC plays soft, they were driving and just not capitalizing on key 3rd downs. His call to make that long pass to Edwards on the 3rd play was a great call and if Edwards catches that it could of changed the whole game. To put this on Carr is a joke some of the players should be held responsible, but like BK said they played with heart. I think TALENT was the only difference in this game.

Then you are wrong. Do you know anything about recruiting?

Have you ever played NCAA 2004? What happens there? When a team wins and gets 6 star prestige, what happens? Have you ever recruited with a 6 star team? You get bluechips, don't you. Do the bluechips go to just one team, or do they go to the top 10 or 15 teams?

When you play your friends, is there one team that's just better than all the rest, or can you win just as easily with Miami as you can with USC? Why is that?

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN TALENT.

Both UM and USC are annually near the top in recruiting. They get the best players in the nation year in and year out. Always. It's not like you were playing Louisville or Air Force.

An analogy... Which Pro Bowl team is more talented, AFC or NFC?

You people are fascinating. First, you don't understand a simple concept. Second, you don't understand that YOU WANT TO HAVE WON BECAUSE OF COACHING AND NOT BECAUSE OF TALENT. If my argument is true, which it is, IT MEANS THAT YOUR TEAM IS GOING TO BE GOOD EVEN AFTER THESE PLAYERS LEAVE.

If your argument is true and the reason USC won was talent, then when the players leave, you aren't going to win anymore.

    Hello? Anyone home?

Final Score 28-14 USC. The better team won. I will go ahead and lock this before a certain bitter Michigan fan has a complete meltdown.

The only one blaming Carr was not a UofM fan. Carr is blamed by people who don't understand him or Michigan football. He's a good man and a great coach.

I blame him. That's because he lost us the game. I am not a UofM fan, I am an alum. I am tied to this team for the rest of my life. I want to win. Going 10-3 with a 13-0 calibre team is not acceptable to me.

I understand him and I understand Michigan football. He's a good man. He's a mediocre coach.

Mediocre flies in Ypsi, it should never fly in Ann Arbor.
