The Carolinas battle tomorrow night actually has the prospect of being a decent game, and a pretty good slate of games overall for the Thursday of opening week. I cannot express how much I am looking forward to meaningful football.

I love college football. Here's to hoping we take care of the Heels tomorrow night. And Saturday night will be great---I can't lose.

Maybe VT upsets Alabama? TCU upsets LSU? Or how about North Carolina ends up beating South Carolina? Or Ohio beats Louisville?

Toledo over Florida

I've seen that prediction a lot. Don't really expect Toledo to win, but I think it will be close.

I could see UNC beating USCe tomorrow.

So tomorrow i'm getting a doubleheader of UNC/SC and Ole Miss/Vandy. I'm looking forward to both games actually as it's always fun to watch a Steve Spurrier coached team and some people are saying Vandy is a program on the rise.

Geez I've been searching all week for broadcast info for Canada. I wasn't expecting to get both of these games. Also saw that SN360 picked up Gameday for this year—where it was on TSN last year.

It's very odd to me how Sportsnet carries some Fox Sports 1 in Fox Football daily. but exclusively live ESPN live events. I would have expected them to show the FS1 live stuff.

I agree, I don't think they will either. But Florida struggles in noon games for some reason.. their opening game last year vs. Bowling Green was very close late into the 4th quarter.

I think that's a carryover from TheScore's contract with ESPN. We'll probably see FS1 college football coverage on the SN1/SN360 sometime this year or next.

Finally the greatest sport on Earth has come back to us. There are some nice games to watch tonight. I wish every Thursday night had this many games.
