Isn't Dimonic Roden-McKinzy (spelling) your top backup? Or Chris Streveler? I know Streveler isn't great but is Roden-McKinzy any good? Surely you have to have some good QB because that run game is getting stifled.

South Carolina has caught a couple of fortunate breaks early. Thompson throws an ugly ball, but Georgia keeps giving gifts via penalty. Carolina leading it in the first.

I think Arkansas has it wrapped up. they're up 35-28 and driving, but They are just running all over Tech and Tech can not stop them at all.

Tech struggle against Central Arkansas and UTEP. It's not a surprise that Tech is struggling against Arkansas.

I've seen more variety in this defense in this 3rd quarter alone than I saw in the first 3 years under D'onorfio. I hope very badly That's a real sign in things to come and not just Arkansas State being bad. Kaaya is also showing much growth. Much quicker and smarter in his decision making. Still plenty of work to be done, but maybe Golden will show why he and his guys were hired.

Ball State's QB shouldn't have scrambled with no timeouts, but Ball State loses to Indiana State without getting their final play from the 1 yard line because the Ball State linemen sideswiped the ref who was trying to spot the ball and knocked it out of his hands and the clock ran out.

I said 2 weeks ago that Arkansas would give some teams problems with their running game. That was the sole reason I picked them in this game.

South Carolina's O looks good, but Gurley is rested for the most part, at least based on what Verne Lundquist said. Could be a shootout.
