    Their schedule is horrible.

It's not their fault but they have a cakewalk to the playoff.

James Conner, star RB for Pitt also tore his MCL last weekend. It's a big loss for Pitt, especially with his production. Good kid.

You don't get to be a Florida fan and call other schools out on their scheduling practices. That's not how this works.

Um, when was the last time Florida had a schedule ranked anywhere near anything Ohio State has put up recently? They have NEEDED to schedule tough OOC games for a long time now because the B1G has been complete trash throughout it's existence. Let's not sit here and pretend the B1G hasn't been a joke since OSU got blown out by Florida in the title game. It's actually been a joke longer then that, but it wasn't recognized as a joke as long as OSU kept winning big games.

While we're talking about Florida's schedule, it really is getting old. Let's just go ahead and drop the FSU rivalry so we can play a national spotlight game at a "neutral site" to start the year and still have the same number of cupcakes on our schedule as the rest of the "good schedulers" in the SEC...

Show me a team anywhere in the country that regularly schedules MULTIPLE tough OOC games every year and we can talk. Until then we should all just acknowledge that every team uses the EXACT same formula and move on:

Do we have a Power 5 OOC annual rivalry?

If yes move along and schedule cupcakes. If no, rotate in a big game every year.

Last time I remember anybody playing 2 tough OOC games was LSU in 2011. Other then that 1 time, I'm not following what point you're trying to make other then the usual...

I can't agree on OSU's scheduling...the B1G has been awful, but in the last 10 years they've scheduled home and homes with Texas, USC, and VT. They are at least trying. I wasn't impressed with them last night as much as everyone else is...it's a LONG season so people need to calm down in Week 1.
