Did the rule change about fumbling forward on 4th down? I thought only the person who fumbled could recover it if it's forward, otherwise it goes back to the fumble spot. That may have been a long time ago though.

Is Travis scared to run? I don't know if FSU will be able to keep up with FSU this game. I know the defense was having a disappointing fall camp, but the LB play has been bad. And I guess Norvell never taught discipline?

Sloppy ball game so far

Starting to see more complaints about new clock rules. I can understand it from the up-tempo team perspective. You're so use to getting 80+ plays a game to now adjusting to a NFL style flow of game. It does seem like unless it's a matchup up against bad defenses, it is less likely we'll see that many 80+ play games. I do think this new clock rules benefits the offenses who are run heavy. I would lean towards winning the TOP battle and giving these up tempo pass offenses less time on the field.

Very sloppy game so far. Neither team looks like a top 10 team so far. Who doesn't love week 1 football.

These aren’t pros (yet) and there’s no preseason like in the pros. Of course it’s going to be sloppy at times during the first week. This happens…every year.

Amazing job by Norvell. Looks like he’s turned this program around, when there were so many doubts if he was the guy (including me, who wanted to see Prime there). What a second half.

I know. That's why I asked who doesn't love week 1 football. It's sloppy half the time and teams often look completely different now than they will at the end of the year. It's always fun.
