Hmm, just saw a low snap that was at the QBs feet. Nice touch.

Like the animation of my QB trying to get out of the grasp of the defender but to no avail. Sacked!

Ok here are my impressions so far after 3 games. I started on varsity went to aa then heisman.

The game is alot more polished feeling, great presentation. Love alot of the new features and the game planning is well done.Tons of new animations love that. Erin andrews on injuries is well done as well. Tips are awesome. Player Lock is awesome. Speed Feels about the same as last year not any faster. Gang Tackles seem to have been tuned. Pursuit angles fixed.

Stuff that turned me away on all levels
No pass rush....didnt matter if i brought the house couldn't get near the qb.
Robo QB I know that these qb's are top notch etc. But even the teams in the vids steve has posted are way to accurate.

Don't have demo yet (PS3), but if you guys think the demo is playing better than what we've seen in the videos so far, I hope they don't pull the old switch-a-roo on us again.

Anyhow, have a few questions for you guys with the demo:

                How is CPU play calling?
How is the CPU QB Play?
Have you seen many bad throws?
Is USER passing? too easy/hard or just right?
                How is CPU DL pressure?
                How is CPU run game?
How is kickoff/punt returns? too easy/hard or just right?
Are you seeing the CPU go deep more often? not s much?

I have seen errand throws by both QB's and some of the receiver animations were sweet. Some the receiver was still able to make the catch on a bad throw and some couldn't. Not sure if that depends on the receivers skill set or not.

Has anyone been focusing exclusively on running the ball on Heisman and had success?

What I'm getting at is the bigger question: Is it still way too disproportionately easy to pass (80+% completions) and hard to run? From the CPU videos (I know, the CPU always sucks at running), the running game was nonexistent.

Mixed bag for me as far as the CPU going deep and sometimes out patterns or screens. Not easy pick 6's on out patterns I have seen yet.

Passing has been fun I think just right. Not too hard and not too easy and that comes from someone that is rusty with this game since I have been playing The Show 24/7 and haven't played Football since last season.

Man, this day ain't gonna move at all. I can't wait to get home and try this thing out. Good to hear that this pass rush thing may not be as poor as initially advertised.

Are the gameplanning elements present in the demo? If so, what are your thoughts? I would also be interested in impressions from anyone who has played head to head.

                            Thanks.
Game planning is in. You do see it happen as a result of you being aggressive or not. Seems to work and not be too over the top gimmick.

I'm really enjoying this demo so far. The gameplay seems a lot more smoother than last year. All the new animations are nice and I like how the CPU is aggressive at times. I can't just do whatever I want or keep running the same play over and over. It makes you have to switch things up. I also like how the controller vibrates when the defense is getting close to you and the animations to evade a sack are pretty neat. Had one where Bradford tried to throw the ball ubt I hit him right as he threw it and it popped into the air. My DE dove for it and intercepted it.

I'm pretty excited for this game again. My only concern it the Dynasty Mode, which is my favorite mode. The info in the demo and what I've read online, it appears as if they did nothing to it. Still getting this game, just looks like I'll be spending more time in Exhibition and online rather than Dynasty mode.

I do agree the demo is kinda dark, I had to turn the brightness up on my 52"DLP TV. Those of you with other types of tubes might not have the same issue.
