This looks pretty cool but since they took this idea from madden 10 I am not that impressed

How so? Was there anything you could do via the web on M10?

Hmmmm Be sweet if they would let the Commisioner evaluate the guys in his Online Dynasty and notice that a 6 star school is falling to then offer that job to a established user in the Dynasty.

Meaning itd be nice if they let the Commissioner offer other jobs to the users

This is awesome and it's great that you can play your offline dynasty as an "online" dynasty and get all of the same features. My only concern about this is the fact that in '10 I'm 95% certain that you can only commish 1 OD. If this is the same with '11, then you can't commisn an OD and then do an online "offline" dyansty too, or you can't do 2 offline dynasties "online."
