In case you didn't read this on the EA Website thought I would post it. Can't wait to play the demo!

"By completing each NCAA Football 11 demo matchup, players will unlock the Nike Pro Combat uniforms and helmets for both schools, which will be available for use in the full retail version of the game. Another really cool thing is the tackles they have while your in the air trying to catch the ball, they don't just flip you on your head every time like they did on Ncaa 10. Instead grab your waist an drill you.... It's very good to see

It's actually taking me a while to adjust to the refs, sometimes it can look like a Linebacker is in zone coverage over the middle of the field lol.

All the comments about the lack of defense is making me sad, but hopefully the sliders will be responsive. Other than that, it sounds as if this game took major steps forward. I'm getting excited, for sure.

they didnt put UF's White Nike Pro Combat helmet in the game?!?!?! when you unlock UF it shows the rest of the PC with the orange helmet!! come on EA!!!

I asked the same exact question and was told to "get over it" and it's a "DEMO". But you all ask and it's all good.

Any whooo...Pryor is super fast on this game, almost too fast. It's going to be hard not to abuse that speed when playing. Game is good so far though.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. Presentation has a few bugs as well. I ended up seeing a close of of what I think was a referees uniform (just a black/white block) and under the ground (saw a little grass).

I posted this on the Madden board as I was primarily playing NCAA to get an idea of what may be in store for us on Madden.

The Locomotion used in NCAA 2011, and the demo (available today, so go download it!) is the same that is used in Madden. After playing the NCAA demo, I have to give the team props. The Locomotion is good. It's not perfect, but it feels FAR more realistic than what we have seen in EA games for a long, long while now. Unfortunately they disabled Replays so I couldn't get a good look at the footwork while I played.

Blocking is better, but it's still broken from what I can tell. There are a LOT of missed blocks on plays where even the play art clearly shows a player that should be blocked. I don't believe blocking is fixed at all, thought it may be improved a little (that's me trying to be positive, I couldn't tell much of a change at all to be honest).

Presentation is better with regards to the banner, pregame show, cut scenes. Their goal seems to be to always show us the field or a cut scene. The problem here is there isn't enough cut scenes to fill the space, and they don't show the field very often because the players don't look good. For example, after a TD score, my player just kind of stood there, while everyone else celebrated. The commentary seems to be the same as last year, which is bad. There is a TON of dead space. It doesn't sound like a game broadcast at all, or even a radio broadcast.

Locomotion: 8/10
Blocking: 5/10 (still broken)
Presentation: 6/10 (half way there, just get us some decent commentary/banter)

Anyone know if the finished game is going to offer multiple camera angles?

Not crazy about the one in the demo. I don't need to see 100 yards downfield.

Here are some videos i made, it shows the game from opening screen until halftime. That process took 17:00, quite a bit longer than i'd expect for a 2 min Q game.

The only instructions before clicking the video links is, because its on my own server, once your hit play on the vidoe IMMEDIATELY hit pause and just let it download a bit, then you can click play again.

Each video is like 70 MB, thats why, they are 3 minutes each and the 5th video is 5 min.

Quality is pretty good, but it's not an HD rip or anything, hope you enjoy.

That's what i did. I don't play on Xbox live so i only have a silver account. So i made another account, DL'ed the Demo and i'm currently playing it on my normal account so i can get the the PC uni's.

Okay playing with Clemson. Why can't I use clemson's purples? Why can't they both wear dark jerseys? When it started up, I loved the pre-game presentation, and the fast that because it was raining, you could see the drops hit the screen (as well as in pause menu). Clemson's entrance was pretty good, could have been better (more exciting, etc.), but why didn't Mizzou even make an entrance? Anyyway, gameplay was good, they ended up throwing a 40 or 50 something yard td pass on a 3rd and long, but I returned the kickoff for a TD! Glad that the full game will have a speed slider, because this just seems a bit slow to me.... also, the pride stickers kinda seem to look better this year. Oh and since it's raining, during pregame when it closed in on fans- shouldn't they have been wearing ponchos or something? lol just saying. overall good so far. only 30 seconds into 1st and it is 7-7.... oh and liking formation subs as well!

E: WOW! On my kickoff, I hit their return man with a BIG hit, and it looked great! Locomotion is pretty awesome when it comes to that! Oh and he fubled the ball, but I had no clue until one of my other playes picked it up! 1st and10 from the 10

E2: I was up 6, and screwed up on an option play with about 1:30ish left. they took it the other way, and after the EP were up1. I stayed calm, but ran hurry up, using rollouts, screens, etc. I was around my 40 and took a chance deep with 2 defenders close behind. CAUGHT I think around the 30! I then began running the ball untill I was around the 20 or 10, and started going wildcat. scored on a 2 or 3 yard run with "HB #8" on whatever blast or iso, idk whichever goes strong side of center, but I kicked it out a little further and TD with :05 left!!! I went for 2, stying in Wilcat. Chose the one that is sort of a misdirection- fake the handoff and go left (my fav Wildcat play by far from 10, other than the option in Wildcat Spread) except I read the end and corner and handed it off to "HB #25"....and....HE'S IN!!!! lol probably would have made it from our 1, but still, feelsgoodman. Oh, and squibbed trhe KO: took 'em FOREVER to pick it up their right side, but they did and got taken down around the 20, no time left!

Love the post game handshakes, running into tunnel, and how the rain changed throughout. Example- at the end of the 1st half, it was barely raining, after halftime, it was a downpour! By the time of the 4th- it slowed back up some. anyway I CAN'T WAIT to get my hands on the full version.... but might not be able to pre-order :'(

To my eyes, ball trajectory is the same as NCAA 10 -- still no real spiral, and the ball is still a bit "flat" in the air.

Also: You can now hot-route WRs to a proper fade route.

Too easy to throw the deep ball, was able to throw a few 50+ yard passes on 3rd and long just running streaks.
