What is the best 1 star school for a dynasty
What is the worst school I can pick that would be the easiest to improve dramatically? Right now I'm doing one with North Texas and was wondering if there were any other suggestionsTags: None -

San Diego State. They have a good Jr quarterback and a good senior wideout. Gives you some solid offensive production. Being in california helps in recruiting, but I would imagine it is the same as North Texas. There are tons of local talents to choose from, but you have to compete against some of the biggest schools in the nation. -

Idaho, Western Michigan or Army all have decent programs for 1 Star Prestige.
I'm doing one with Western Kentucky and it's horrible they are so bad and it's impossible to find recruits. Despite that I'm determined to keep playing with them to make them better.Caution: Whiskey, weed and Warren Zevon before writing.Comment

Yea I'm doing one with Army. It's hard to find recruits and after this season all my offensive backfield sans QB is gone...that's two RBs and a FB who sucks anyway. Luckily I'm battling Navy for a speedy 2 star FB right now and seem to be winning. The key to getting recruits for the small schools is to win and win a lot.Comment

I think Middle Tennessee State is one star. They have a pretty good QB, and a slot WR that catches almost everything. Their HB isn't used much, but is fast, and they have a Wildcat formation. Also they have a good DE and a SS that has 3 picks for me in four games.Comment

I tried starting one with FIU. They have cool uniforms, and thats something i find rare with the 1 star schools. I gave up mid season because i hate the spread offense and i couldnt switch to my offensive type and be productive.
I have a feeling one day ill give an FIU dynasty another go.Comment

I would take North Texas above the rest of the 1 star programs.Comment

I also forgot to add that they play in the Moutain West so conference prestige is higher than most of the 1 star's. Of course it also means that you get to get your *** kicked by BYU, Utah, and TCU.Comment

Re: What is the best 1 star school for a dynasty
Yea, I left my conferences the way they are, because if you make changes you end up having to move some lower tier teams around to make it work. Either way your conferences will be wrong, so I just left it the way it is this year.Comment
