Oh, gosh, I HOPE NOT! We all know that when EA features or implements something new, they blow it out of proportion the first year before getting it right in subsequent years. Jump the snap, home field advantage, impact players, etc. are all examples. If they feature dual-threat QB's, online mode will become a joke with all the cheesing that will be rewarded.

I would love to see EA fix bugs that have been in the game for years with the CPU game play. The CPU still almost automatically calls a fake punt on fourth down between the 50 and the opponent's 45, still calls timeouts too soon when they aren't necessary and this year the CPU was declining clipping penalties on punt returns. This kind of thing needs to be fixed before we get more bells and whistles that will be overblown anyway.

Well the dual-threat thing is more about the CPU not scrambling enough rather than them not being effective with the user.

I would love the main focus to be on cheese prevention, mainly with adaptive AI, but that will likely never happen. EA has never taken any steps against it since Fair Play in madden, which was foolish of them to get rid of.

Please make ratings matter. I am so sick and tired of seeing a 73 rated defensive lineman, abuse (usually via swim move) my 94 rated OT/G/C over the course of a game.

Goes the other way around to. You can have have 90+ rated DE and he will get stoned all game by a low rated tackle.

Hopefull better gameplay. I really hate locomotion. players come to complete stops and dont move like actual humans.

i think locomotion was pretty good for a first year type of thing but will definitely improve as years go bye

From the looks of it, their main focus is the band locations in the stands
Could you imagine that being highlighted on the back on the game case as the MAIN feature?

probably added to some type of new presentation. "College Atmosphere" "Experience Colleges Like Never Before" u no something like that. Hint Hint TEAM SPECIFIC STADIUM SOUNDS Hint Hint :wink: ... well maybe

Considering all the community hype and the NC matchup, I expect dual-threat QB's to be a main focus. I guarantee you, EA will reference this in their promotions somehow.

But they will give us some crap that adds nothing to the game play like towels or ref's on the field like so many people were calling for years past. and what did they add ? NOTHING. Where are all the posts saying how cool towels and ref's looked ? nowhere cause it never really mattered to begin with.

It adds to the overall presentation of the game. While I was not one of those people I do welcome the addition. I'm sure it didn't take long to add nor takes up much space. It just adds to the feel.

Honestly I'm not very optimistic about '12. I'm taking the "wait and see" approach this year.

'11 was pretty good and I enjoyed it, but it felt far from complete.

If the development team can fix the CPU recruiting and how the team's performance affects it, onfield AI, and find a practical use for RTG, whether it is changing it so it doesn't feel like a chore or scrapping it for more things to do with the game, the game should be substantially better.

12 has to blow my mind. 11 was horrible for me. Eh, not just 11 but every game on this gen. 12 has to be a lot deeper. I only played 11 for a couple of weeks, because there was no feeling of reward after winning anything in dynasty. At least on last gen you got the magazines. haha.
