Re: NCAA Football 12 Blog - Dynasty Roster Editing In, Launch Day Title Update Notes
So height and weight really can't be edited with this addition in Dynasty?
I'm not so much disappointed about the height part as I am the weight part. I was hoping to get rid of those 215 lb DEs.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

That was the main reason I wanted in-dynasty editor for. It would be disappointed if true.Comment

It's true. You cannot adjust height or weight. I just tried. Can't change class or position either.
You can edit name, number, equipments and all ratings.
I need to see if there is a way to adjust incoming recruits. I didn't see that answered, if so, what's the verdict?Comment

Whatever. The ratings are the biggest thing and thankfully they added that position cap.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

A work-around to keep your team realistically sized, just recruit for realistic size and then edit them to be a similar star rating of what you would normally get in recruitingComment

I thought of that too, but what a pain in the @$$.....just let us edit size. Simple.Comment

Way to take another shortcut EA, this is very disappointing. I could've lived without editing recruits, but not being able to edit height and weight? The only possible excuse this team has for this is laziness. Better hope you never lose your jobs because the only other place you could get away with this kind of crap is the government.Comment

So name/ratings? Better than nothing but still leaves me a little bummed.

I guess the only reason they'd leave the height/weight edit option out is so that people wouldn't be making 6-10, 250 pound 99 speed WR's left and right. Obviously, realistic gamers wouldn't do such a thing, but whatever. Disappointing, but I almost expected them to not allow it. I swear I would almost rather have the height / weight option than the ability to edit ratings (which is great don't get me wrong), since I didn't plan on changing ratings too much and I've always been really annoyed with the unrealistic weights.Comment

Eh its rather annoying but in my fictional game world the weights won't be too much of an issue for me. I just hope there are some better weight values across the board at least.
The ratings is what I'm most concerned about. No more non agile wrs, and busted ACC ratings. But the fact its IN is more than enough for me.
