Some of these new changes that you describe already happen in NCAA11. I guess sliders and difficultry plus playing with lousy teams has allowed me to witness many of these. QB's will definitely overthrow when the heat is on. Matter of fact the 4WR play doesn't work well (for me) in my dynasty.

I do appreciate the review and look foward to the new momentum-based contact and tackling and other positive impressions you have mentioned. Informative and honest review.

Very promising impressions Bumble, thanks. A lot of the improvements are well known now, and it's just a small thing, but I was really pleased to hear about the stat overlays. I don't know why, but they're one of the things I really notice are missing and spoil the broadcast feel.

Wow EA has surely done it. 3 months ago I was seriously worried that EA had put all their eggs into the Madden basket. But it seems like this will be an amazing NCAA 12! I have a gut feeling that most of the resources being poured into Madden this year, will shift to NCAA next year.

                My personal gaming plan:

Online Dynasty with friends: NCAA 12
Offline Road to Glory: NCAA 12
                Offline Madden Franchise: Madden 12
                Gators - Manchester United

Does anyone know this.... it would really help me out.... if I have a 1/2 of a season played in NCAA 11, is there any way to important that to NCAA 12? Thanks so much. I've looked around for an answer, but haven't found one yet.

Good review, I'm all excited to buy!

Couple quick questions though, did you get a chance to test the play action game? I know a lot of people (myself included) rarely ever bothered attempting PA in NCAA 11 because the defenders never bit.

Also, I don't know if you had a chance to check out presentation options, but by any chance did you notice if it's possible to separate the band from the crowd? It bugged me last year that they were tied together.

                    Thanks!

PA is fixed. You have to used it in logical situations where it will work.

Not holding the game's lacks against it seems like a very strange way of assessing the quality of a game, no? Seems like that encourages a lack of innovation, as trying something new and getting it wrong is worse in OS's view than not trying anything new at all.

Just seems a bit political is all. The actual impressions about the game are nice.

Good review. However no mention of dynasty mode.

It seems like the gameplay is pretty great, I hope EA doesn't tweak it too much with the tuners.

I agree but I think they did it because u could blast most games for what it lacks and you know how fast things here turn into a hate fest.
