Do I need to purchase a new liscense file if I bought last years version? Just asking, I'm more than willing to pay.

Yes, you will need to purchase for 2012 and it will be good for all future updates until 2013 comes out.

Is it just me, or are the "hidden gem" players gone this year? They were next to impossible to find without PS last year, but they were heaven sent for a small program struggling at recruiting. The 1* FS who turned out to be a pretty good QB... the OT's who were actually better DT's,,, The position players who could kick or punt as well... Looking through the PS output this year I do not see any them.. anyone else had any luck?

Yeah, this and them taking away formation morphing (audibling with a man in motion) has disappointed me a lot.

Last year it appears the put floors (min's) and ceiling (max's) on the attributes that corresponded to the players overall but left the others open.

I'm guessing someone caught wind of these "gems" and now it appears there are floors and ceilings on all attributes this year.

It still works nicely for finding big LB's who can go to DE's, or big SS's who can go to LB's. I will miss that FS because he saved my program more than once last year with his athleticism and qb skills.

This is a great application. I love having all of the recruits in an easy to filter spreadsheet. Does this version only work for 2012? Is 2011 still availalbe if I wanted to use it for my NCAA 2011 game?

This version only works with 2012.

Thanks for writing such an awesome app, this is exactly how I've always wanted to recruit.

One quick question, why is the phase, commit, and ATH rating not available for online dynasty files? I assume there is an issue with the data output from the OD file?

Say I wanted to sort by overall it only changes the overall of the players from highest to lowest but the names stay in the same order. I use open office to open up recruits.csv how do you get it to sort the overall with the name and all the numbers?

Correct the OD Export file EA provides does not have that information in it, so we are not able to extract it from anywhere.

As long as there is no blank column between the overall and the name it should work. But if there is a blank column it does what you are seeing.

Go up to "Data" in the top bar, then select sort from the drop down menu. Then in the first column of the box that pops up scroll through to whatever stat you want to sort by, then click ok. When you want to resort another stats, goto "Edit", click "undo sort" ... then simply repeat the sorting process.

I would buy this if you offered google checkout as a payment option, ive had bad experiences with paypal so I no longer use them.

i purchased this but dont have a usb drive. also, it wont let me save the 14digit # to the lic file. need help please.
