While this is welcomed news it is just like EA make excuses as to why they were late with patch and give themselves an out if it is released any later by saying "....we're waiting on approval from Sony/Microsoft"

I really hope this is not the case....I do expect a patch by no later then next week....If ur theory is correct, there's always Madden to fall back on even though i am amped to play NCAA and actually enjoy it

Either way, we can all stop whining and complaining now about no action bein taken...An extra week is not gunna kill anybody

Also, it sounds like they added acouple of more fixes at the last moment.

if ur true college football junkie, i dont see why it wouldn't be worth ur time....IF (and this is a big if) the issues that needed to be fixed are indeed fixed, it would justify as an obvious playable game right?

What baffles me is ppl are still whining and moaning after this patch news and what baffles me even more is when they then turn around and say, "Oh well I have Madden at least to fall back on." I don't understand that at all. If NCAA is such a bad game and if EA is such a horrible video game developer/publisher why do you buy any of their games at all?

The notes of the OP thread clearly state that the devs took extra time in order to fix additional issues that have hampered this really good game. Why ppl would moan about that I have no earthly idea. I really don't.

Well it might not be worth my time because I spent all of August being frustrated with the game. Now the actual season is starting so I will be watching football every weekend all day. I'm a busy man during the week so there just might not be enough time for me to get immersed in a dynasty with other games (2k, Madden, Uncharted) I'd like to play.

I prolly won't trade it in. But I also prolly won't really get back into a full season until December after the conference championship games. Having to restart all of my dynasties and redo everything (like formation subs which took a while) just isn't looking too fun right now.

Yes i am one that says *I have Madden to fall back on*...i have gave EA all the time in the world to get their ****t straight without one negative peep comin outta my mouth....If for some reason, a) the game is in no better condition then it was before or b) the patch is not released sometime next week, i think we all would have a right to be legitimately concerned...and notice i said concerned...not throw my tv out the window cause EA didn't go thru with their word
