And therein lies the problem... not one single response from EA on this entire situation. When the guy posted that he spoke to EA's customer service and was told 7 September as the day the patch {blanket/quilt} would be released, then why the hell didn't someone from EA come on here and say, "Sorry guys, that's not true."

Instead... we get absolutely NOTHING!

I have to say that EA has done a horrible job dealing with this issue. We are the consumer and EA decides to shut us out. Jerk offs.

that's absolutely utterly false. DR tore my D a new one single handedy in my OD.

the sickening thing is DR is the only excuse thrown out when it comes to piling on about the player tendencies.

I played my ND against Michigan game yesterday, and I think I won by like 40 or something because he never ran and I knew he wouldn't. And the only excuse? In the post you quoted I also said how the pass rush DEs play different when they are not pass rush DEs anymore. Way different. There's more, its just that denard is the most obvious example that people will understand.

I'm not a strict sim guy either, i'll throw to Floyd for 2000 yards and be cool with that. But to have a 90 something speed quarterback not be a threat to run takes the fun out of playing different opponents and play styles.

Before NCAA 13 is released someone needs to put these guys at EA in detention and make them write "I will test my product before I release it" 100 times on the blackboard, lol.

Actually they came out with a statement that said it was going to release a little later while they fixed some other issues, so yeah, you're still wrong.

Tried to start an OD to sim to bowl season, and see if the bug was fixed. Twice when trying to validate the rosters they gave me a transfer failed at 96%. What a F'n joke

No, because I continued to do it, and the 11th time I tried it worked. Its ridiculous that it takes that many tries though. And I use community rosters, which I assume most people use

Also now on the bowl week everytime someone in our dynasty plays a game the "Transfer Failed" screen pops up! So we are terrified to advance past the bowl week and are stuck waiting on a freaking patch to come out!

Mine, too.

Our OD is dead in the water because we got screwed there. Ruined.

I won the national title and everything and lost it all. No chance of replaying that game, either. I know the know the patch isn't going to give me that opportunity.

There's simply no way I'm going to waste my time trying to advance it until when/if it gets fixed and then our crew will have to decide whether or not to continue or start over.

Those kinds of glitches are downright unforgivable.

The way I look at it is, when NBA 2k12 comes out, that's where most of my time will be spent anyway, and NCAA 11 will give me my football fix til then.

JUst curious: didn't NBA 2K10 have to be patched? How quickly was that patch turned around? I ask because it took about 2 months for MLB 2K11 to be patched. Shouldn't one expect NBA 2K11 to require a patch?

So EA saying last week (a whole 6 business days ago) that the patches were heading into certification doesn't qualify as a 'single response' ?
