If EA doesn't come out with a patch within the next week, they should pay us our money back for their broken game. It's unbelieveable, and totally unacceptable.

That first game was just a bad game.

NCAA is not completely broken, but it is flawed to the point of being border-line unplayable. If they were to fix the tendency issues (should have been hotfixed long ago), freezing issues (again caused by roster corruption), and the online dynasty issues, this game would be fairly solid. However, those are some pretty serious issues.

And I don't think it is the issues themselves that are causing the forum turmoil. It is EA's handling of the situation that has stirred the uprising so to speak.

Ok fellas I didn't want it to come to this but it has. A few years ago CBS cancelled a TV show called Jericho. The fans were outraged. In the shows last episode, it made reference to "NUTS". The fans grouped together to send CBS 400,000 pounds of peanuts is support to put the show back on the air. CBS caved in and renewed it for 8 more episodes. Now it's our time. Go outside and find a BUG,and BUG, put it in an envelope and mail it to EA/Tubiron. If receiving a few thousand bugs doesn't light a fire under their a$$, nothing will. And it sends a message, we the fans/customers are more than a little upset. Thepure hassle of the mailroom boys dealing with this is pleasure alone. Make sure it goes to Ben Haumiller.

How the hell do people here not consider a game broken when it won't even LOAD past certain screens, EVER!!!! Just because you have not encountered the problem does not mean that it does not exist. You are delusional if you think this game is functional when a person puts the disk in, loads up the game, and it freezes on the same screen every time.

Ever play the game? It is almost literally unplayable.

i actually think you should get on this. it sounds like a solid plan in theory, definitely sends a message. however it might be to late in the cycle, that patch could drop anytime at this point.


at any rate, the ea server speeds and stability are looking to be fantastic coming up next week. everyone quitting ea, turning in, and/or burning their game copy.

this looks to be very exciting and promising for us playing our OD.

So I just simmed to bowl season, played, and got transfer failed. And this was with default unamed rosters. This game is an absolute joke and so are the people that make it/represent it. I'm done

Yes. I now cannot get past the first loading screen after "press start". Haven't had a problem until I played my first online match last night. It froze on the autosave after the game. Rebooted, now this. I've tried at least 5 times in a row. Every time a freeze. Ridiculous

I am about 95% sure that issue is being caused by a corrupted roster file. Delete your existing roster files and you will be back in business.

Did anyone see this posted on the EA Forums by one of EA's team captains?

"Patch is currently in the MS/SOny approval process. So 1 day to 4weeks depending on how long Sony/MS drag their feet. "

I had the same problem happen to me, getting stuck after "press start". What i did was delete my profile and re-register again and it worked.
