Re: NCAA Football 13 Sights and Sounds Interview Questions

Have helmets been fixed to proportionately fit a players head?

Are there new player faces in the edit player menu? Also they should display what the faces look like in the edit menu so you don't have to exit every time to see what the face looks like.

Are there new sock length choices, such as a medium/long sock coming just below the knee? Are low socks as default finally gone?

      1. Will more pro stadiums be included in the game that could possibly be used as neutral site games?

      2. Will shoulder pads be fixed to fit the players this year like in Madden 12?

      3. Will there be a second Team Color option added for equipment?

Will there be a difference in big games and rival games like LSU VS ALABAMA will that big game presentation and atmosphere be different from a Iron bowl atmosphere and presentation?

Previous questions re: realistic crowd noise are solid. But what about post-game commentary & celebration?

I don't want to win a rivalry game at the very last second only to have the stadium sound like a funeral home.

No offense, but how do you guys expect them to answer this? "No, it sounds awful and is totally unrealistic." You might as well ask them for their sales pitch on the matter. Don't mean to troll you, just saying when I imagine what the answer to that question is going to be, I cringe.

As for me, I just want to know if the "Defensive Stop on 3rd" stadium sound is actually going to work on incomplete passes this year, as it has not since they introduced the feature.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Sights and Sounds Interview Questions

                1. Have they fixed the player models to better represent their weight and size ? As in there is very little difference between a lineman player model and a WR player model or QB player model. Also there needs to be better representation of a muscular armed/legged player from a skinny armed/legged player.

                2. Do you uniforms actually get dirty this year ? INCLUDING the WHITE UNIFORMS ?

                3. Does the field degrade this year and does the field look better ? Last year in NCAA 12 grass fields looked terrible and didn't even look like grass, where s in NCAA 11 grass fields looked much better. Speaking of fields, did they fix the logos in the middle of the field this year ? Last year in NCAA 12 when you played in coach mode in broadcast cam view, most of the schools logos in the middle of the field was upside down.

                4. Did they fix the magical invisible force field between players and objects ? A lot of times a player hand or foot could be a good yard or 2 away from the ball but yet could make contact with the ball. I noticed this a lot on punts and when DB would swat the ball away from the WR. When in reality when you looked at the instant replay it clearly showed they were a good 2 feet away from the ball and physically never touched it.

                5. Is there a visual difference between a speed back running the ball from a power back ? Is there a visual difference between a pocket QB scrambling and a Scrambling QB scrambling ? As in not everybody in the game moves, stands or throw the EXACT same way like it always has been ?

                6. Are the colors on the jerseys and every thing really faded this year like it was in NCAA 12 ? Everything looked faded and washed out in NCAA 12.

                7. Did they increase the size of the field ?

                8. Halftime show ? Post game show ?

                9. Dynamic sounds ? Last year it really didn't sound any different from playing at Michigan or Ohio St then playing at Army or Duke.

                10. Interactive sidelines ?

                11. Dynamic commentary ?

                12. Did they get rid of that god awful push tackle animation that the CPU seem to do 90% of the time in NCAA 12 and Madden 12 ?

                13. How many new animations does NCAA 13 have ? And I actually mean NEW. Since animations is a VISUAL thing.

                  Please ask this.

And also ask how much 100% new commentary has been recorded. I'm worried that "enhanced" commentary is different than "new" commentary.

                    Sights:

Has any equipment been updated (i.e. Helmets, visors, facemasks, gloves, cleats, etc.)?

Is there progressive lighting (like in NCAA 08) or does it just change every quarter?

                    Sounds:

Last year, we were told you guys recorded sounds from stadiums of various capacities and applied them in the game. In all honesty, there wasn't a noticeable difference. More so, the larger stadiums just didn't seem very loud or give that feeling of being tough to play in. What has been done, if anything, to improve the atmosphere at the stadium?

Have any of the fights songs or chants been updated? The tempo and quality of some these have been irked me for a couple years now, specifically Michigan's fight song.

For bowl games (and perhaps neutral site games), does the crowd react appropriately for BOTH teams in stead of only recognizing the "home" team?
"Attempted murder? Now, honestly, what is that? Do they give a Nobel Prize for attempted chemistry?"

Can you please explain exactly what "significantly enhanced audio" means in relation to what is different about NCAA13 from NCAA12?

Is the new commentary system from FIFA that developers said will be in Madden 13 also in NCAA 13 and if so, what in-game examples can you give to highlight how this system fundamentally improves commentary?

Will crowd noise have any potential effect on players execution on the field, at anytime?

Is there anything unique about the sights or sounds of rivalry, bowl and inherently "big" games, that is new to NCAA13, if so what are some in-game examples?

My question is regarding the enhanced audio. Does this include the announcers talking about what is currently going on around your dynasty? Other games during the week, upsets, conference standings, etc.

Is the post game any different than last year? Have player reactions been improved or will a win over FAU feel the same as a win over Alabama?

Can you use a random playlist with multiple songs in it for custom stadium sounds? You can in EA NHL and NBA 2k. It would be nice to have a shuffled playlist that plays different tunes every time there is a kickoff, and just have a kickoff playlist
