EA found out they would be full D1A (Bowl Championship Sub-Division) this year too late to include them in the game. A simple search would've revealed this to you.

can u change teambuilder teams equipment to nike? can u make the cleat black or white/team color in uniform select screen for teambuilder teams?

No you cant change to Nike (or any other brand)

In uniform selection before a game...you can change them to black or white Only, No team colors available.

In a Dynasty, they are not editable in player editing.

Can you edit Teambuilder school rosters (mainly editing hometown and eligibility year) prior to starting up dynasty mode? Teambuilder rosters were supposed to be editable last year, but they "ran out of time".

No you can not edit a TeamBuilder team prior to starting a Dynasty, and those options are not available to edit when in a Dynasty.

I don't this will be able to be answered since it's not a HUGE issue, but how are Dynasty sim times? Are they still horrendous? In 12, simming a week would start out pretty fast for the first few weeks of a season but then as the season went on it started to take a really long time to sim just one week (like upwards of a minute). Even worse was simming off-season recruiting where it literally took almost 5 minutes to sim one week. Has this been reduced at all or is it about the same?

Simming weeks is the same as 12 for sure (slow...Like 15 minutes to sim a season).... Off-season did seem faster to me.

In the 4-2-5 and the 3-3-5 are DBs still assigned to cover WRs on the other side of the field and is the 1 play custom playbook thing true or is it still atleast 50 plays?

Yes, you can change names of Divisions (still can not change Conference names)

Once a Conference hits 12 teams, they get split into 2 divisions.

Under 12 teams = No divisions
