Its a new feature in Madden 13 they're bringing over It's a new feature that team added to help users on D. You hold in Y/Triangle to make a play on the ball at its high point...Mess up though and you give up the big play.

It is similar to the user assist when going for the tackle, but it Ball Hawk is applied when the ball is in the air.

It does not replace user catching on D or swatting.

I wonder if there will be uniforms in the store already, or will they wait until the season starts.

The article says that the menu will be up tomorrow. The uniforms will be available beginning in September.

I wonder if they did anything to fix when a player gets locked into "slow" or whatever it's called. Also, I skimmed over it quickly, but I didn't see anything about FG on Heisman or the FG glitch were sometimes a kicker can't kick the ball more than 10 yards or so (I've only seen this once).

Either way it's still a solid update. I'm looking forward to it.

Is there any fix for that "slow" besides restarting the game.

Sounds solid. This is a more comprehensive list of fixes than what was released at the time of the first patch.

As an online only guy these changes have me

I wish they could have fixed or tied curl routes to RTE so no average wr can run them and destroy any DB.

Changes:

Gameplay

-Zone Defense has been updated.

-We improved receiver leverage logic as well as predicting when a receiver will be in or out of their zone.

-Improved Deep Half Zone decision making about when to split between uncovered receivers. Also, allow more zone overlapping in deep half to cover more area.
-Deep half defenders were dropping too close to the sideline or dropping outside when no receiver was outside of their position.

-No-Huddle QB Spy bug fixed. Defenders will no longer go into spy assignments while in man coverage.

-Change the logic of man defenders so they don't run into the backfield and past the receiver they are covering.

-Increased frequency of AI using ball carrier special moves.

-Fixed wildcat Play Action exploit.

-Fixed Defenders not reacting to the QB on read option and option plays when the users defensive adjustment vs. option is set to Aggressive.

-Fixed shake blitz exploit.

-Fixed exploit that allowed kicking team to recover squib kicks using low rated kickers.

-Fixed defensive hot routes after offensive play flip.

-Fixed issue where waiting for the defense to make their adjustments before picking a play when running ho huddle/hurry up offense caused the defense to reset their play back to the original play.

-Resolved issue where defenders would not react or would be stuck in read and react behavior vs. the option.

Nice! Sounds like they will make it easier to make user picks and swats on defense. The first one didn't mention that.

Not that I'm aware of.

I've tried subbing in different players, super simming ahead, etc and haven't figured out a work around.

light colored uniforms not degrading stadium lights aren't on unless is at really low angle the terrible looking grass ps3
