For an actual coaching experience I pick one of the worst team, 2 years ago Akron, last year UTSA and work my way up from offensive coordinator to head coach at a big school.

For just building up one team I'll use either Nebraska, or build up one of the lower prestige schools like FAU or FIU then dominate college football.

not sure if you saw Bennett or Methany last year. Methany started the latter half of the season and could throw the ball better than Bennett. Bennett transferred after the season after he lost started qb job.

Going to go with UNM...Bob Davies had the program on the right track after Locksley ruined it...exciting young fast QB alonbg with a great RB in Kasey Carrier. Texas as a pipeline state will only help! Will be nice to see my hometown team succeed.

Last year I used UMASS and went 4-12 the first year but I was then hit with the black field glitch. This year I want to use one of the new teams (Georgia Southern, Old Dominion, South Alabama) but I looked at their schedules and they all have a bunch of games against FCS teams which I bet will be generic so I probably will go with UTSA or Texas State. I like the challenge of building up a small school. Later on I will probably use a lower prestige school in a big conference.

SEC - Kentucky
ACC - Georgia Tech
Big 12 - TCU
PAC 12 - UCLA

These are my dynasty teams.
Don't plan on touching the other conferences

Kentucky. They're my team, and the in state battle with Louisville and SEC schedule presents a huge challenge. Mark Stoops has re-energized UK's football fan base, as seem by the 51k at our spring game this year.
