I am absolutely impressed with everything so far. The CPU AI on both offense and defense is at a level never seen in this series.
Spread option and triple option teams are legit threats now in every aspect.

Oregon's zone read with Mariota and DAT is unstoppable. Just had a 82 yard touchdown run with Mariota.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14 Demo is Available Now, Post Impressions Here (360, PS3)
More impressions:
- I'm getting my butt kicked by OSU right now, 17-0 and I love it.
- They are running the RB screen all over me right now. They've converted at LEAST twice with it on third and longs.
- I'm playing this game on Zoom camera, and while it's not nearly as good to run the game strategically, boy does it look great.
- The speed of the game feels perfect. I felt a DE coming on my left side, so I sprinted out of the pocket and cut up field for a first down. It just felt fantastic.
Finally, I just saw the coolest plays back to back - both of which never would have happened in 13. The first was a hand-off to OSU's RB. The middle was jammed, so he cut outside (CPU cutting outside? Yes please) and had a 2-2 situation. A TE was blocking a corner on the outside, and one of my LB'ers was chasing him from the middle. He used his speed to break away from the linebacker and took the block from his TE to break free for another fifteen yards or so to the five yard line.
The next play, B. Miller holds the ball in the pocket and dropped back. I chase him down with a DE and force him to run. Normally, I would have had him easy, but I shifted to the right and he made a hard cut left, leaving my defender in the dust. That is REALLY going to add a whole new dimension to the game.Writer for Operation Sports

Lost my first two games on heisman, trying a game on AA with all user sliders at 30 and all CPU sliders at 80. In a dogfight with Bama it feels great.

First impression, everything is SMOOTH. Running feels great, playing as a DL is so much better, you don't get the same interaction over and over and just feels better.Comment

Michigan has gray facemasks.....
No more team entrances, EA still has the wrong road jersey for Michigan and STILL the same goalpost huggy that replaced in 2007!GO BLUE!

Re: NCAA Football 14 Demo is Available Now, Post Impressions Here (360, PS3)
For the graphics lovers out there with both consoles, the XBOX version is a little cleaner around the edges (player models on the field) and it may "pop" more than the PS3, but the PS3 does look good on both plasma and LCD displays. The field and field art are improved on both consoles. No real visible jaggies on the field like last year.
So far, this is the "next gen" NCAA we have been waiting on. I am more than happy in the early stages today."Hard work beats talent, when talent isn't working hard.”Comment
