Its a known glitch on PS3. 100 or so helmets have glitches facemasks

Yes, it will be a fix in the next patch.

These are pretty sweet, honestly with all the alternates that have shown up before the summer and now getting closer to season, I don't expect them to get a lot more in really soon, but hey, maybe EA will surprise us in a good way!

Yes, it will be a fix in the next patch.

Link to confirmation? The " Were aware of it" and " Were looking into it" quotes of EA means nothing..... I would love for it to be their primary focus for the next patch, but I haven't seen one thing that says this will be fixed next, maybe I missed something (doubt it though because I'm watching Facebook, Twitter, and multiple forums like a hawk haha)

Haha yeah that's what I figured you were talking about, can't believe a word that comes out his mouth, still doesn't confirm it will be in the next patch or if they can for certain fix it

Not trying to be negative, because believe me if there's one thing I want fixed on the game its this, this is the make or break thing in the game for me, but I'm just going off of officially announced facts

Right, so he didn't confirm anything about fixing the issue in the next patch.

I hope really really you're right and that this is fixed and fixed soon; but history shows us we must be extremely cautious about reading things into what Ben says.

I saw that you posted something in the first post on what to do for problems but the page you linked to has been deleted. Every time I try to download it says it has been downloaded but when I exit the download screen it says download aborted. I have deleted the downloaded file and tried again many times. I have come to expect this from EA though so I doubt I will get the uniforms.
If this happens to you you have to restart your Xbox then download again and it will still say download aborted but you might have them anyway.
