I played around with extracting NCAA 14 but couldn't figure out how to extract the uniform files right away so I gave up after a couple hours and went back to working on this.

Heres a link to The D105 severer if you want to see more screenshots of what I've been able to do.

Rudy, this looks unreal. I was checking through the discord and poking around the various threads. Where would be the best place to learn how to use this mod? The tutorials tab? Is there an explicit list of software needed to run/implement the mod (other than a PC capable of running Madden 20)?

Any idea if this project is still viable for console folks?

Hope everything is going well for my man Conner, esp in light of things.

He's stated that it should be possible for both consoles, which is exciting.

Just waiting on his tutorial video, which I'm eagerly anticipating.

Life has been crazy with coronavirus and fallout from that. Aiming for tutorial release tomorrow or wednesday but I'm in a full house that's almost never quiet enough to record a tutorial video because you'd hear TV, dogs barking or yelling in the background since everyone is working or going to school from home

                        Same here.

I’m a front line worker at the hospital and getting back into editing this game really helps take my mind off of things.

@Conner bro don’t worry about the background noise, just you taking the time to show us, is enough in itself.

I’ve Offzip the heck out my 360 version to get to the gameplay stuff, so I’m interested to see your findings.

@ tuck is that on a PC because the resolution of your Miami pic looks clean/crisp

I will definitely be following this and look forward to the tutorial. I have no idea how to do any of these editor/modding/teambuilder-swapping methods, but I'm planning to change that here soon.

I've gotten sick of MSU not having green pants in the game, and the green sleeves on their road white jerseys. The names on Penn State's jerseys irk me too. I can't wait to fix those things if I ever figure this stuff out.

Does this mean it will be possible to create new stadiums and even possibly new teams? I'm looking to make an NAIA variant of the game and replace the NCAA teams. Obviously teambuilder isn't up anymore, so I was wondering if there was still a way to make teams and the like without it.

Until Conner provides the info showing how to, Tuck and gang are using a Teambuilder Team(s) work around, so you can visit that thread.
