Every day! I play around with different playbooks and coach offensive/defensive aggressiveness, but these sliders have been so enjoyable. Awesome nail biters between closely rated teams. The better team usually wins when the ratings aren't close. And the perfect amount of upsets sprinkled in. I've been a big CPU vs CPU guy for the past few years and this might be the most fun it's been for me as someone who likes to team build and watch it all play out.

I'd like to second this. Been able to manage a healthy 50 50 split for carries between 2 RBs and several others for backups. And usually games will "correct" under or over rated teams. Like unranked OhSU blew out #1 Oregon despite both being 3-1. OSU would never be unranked with that roster. Or a Duke or Maryland being 8-0 and top 10 in the country. Allows them to EARN that rank if they win out in the slow sim.

When you say you change the autosubs for every teams, does that mean I need to make a coach for all fbs (100+) schools change this setting and then retire? Or just teams I'm controlling in my dynasty?

I just change them for games I'm watching - I'm controlling one team, for instance, so I just have them set for my team and take control of the opposing coach each week, change them, then retire the coach

if I wanted to watch the national championship then I would change the subs for both those teams

I have tried this out, and I have to tell you this is wonderful. I have been so frustrated with trying to watch my CPU vs CPU dynasty. I had horrible results, I did this and for once it feels realistic. Thank you so much! Great work, I will look look into some of your other sliders for other games as well!

Yes it takes a little time but worth it in my opinion.

I have tried this out, and I have to tell you this is wonderful. I have been so frustrated with trying to watch my CPU vs CPU dynasty. Hi, I'm going to start using these today in my trambuilder dynasty as I've convinced my brother to let me use his account to take over other teams so I can watch games.

2 questions:

1. Am I thick or is there no way to set the camera angle when slow simming?

2. Does setting the auto subs for all other teams make them use RB committees in games that get simmed? Or do those only affect teams who's games you watch?

Nope broadcast is only one

You can but setting their depth chart works better. I.e. set 1 as the main RB and the second as the 3dr and PWRB it will split carries

So I have been testing things out for the Best Dynasty Experience for myself for CPU vs CPU. I have found some ways I think make it more enjoyable.

You can watch ANY CPU vs CPU game you want in Dynasty. All you have to do is go to DYNASTY CENTRAL and Click on MEMBER. Then add the Coach of whatever Team you want to Watch. After the Game go back and Retire that Coach. There is No Limit on Number of times you can use this method.

Also You can Customize Conferences just be sure before you Advance Past PreSeason go into CUSTOM Schedule and Regenerate the Schedules. You can actually choose up to 32 Schools to redo their schedules.


Once You advance to Week 1, I personally go in and do the Auto Subs for Every Team, by using the Members, then Retire trick.

Yes this will take an hour or so to setup but I Guarantee a More enjoyable Dynasty Experience

I personally have tried moving pass blocking up to 78 and QB accuracy up to 15 or so. Still inaccurate throws, but much less frequent. My main problem is the amount of sacks. Watching two great teams go up against each other is like watching paint dry unless the offenses get into a rhythm. 7 sacks per game EACH.

I rarely see that. You should try deleting the user profile and checking all the settings. Make sure coach mode is turned off in the main menu too. That will cause the AI QB to take more sacks than they should.

I switched over to this set a couple days ago for my dynasty… and wow. This might genuinely be one of the best CPU V CPU sets I’ve seen. Not only are the numbers very good, the gameplay is realistic as well. And I feel like this slider set, more than most, does a good job of separating great/elite caliber players vs the avg joes. But that being said, you do get the occasional upset, and a wide range of scoring variables. I’ve had shootouts, but I’ve also had some defensive slugfests.

Currently, I’m in my 5th season (3rd at UNC). We started the year by beating Texas in Atlanta, 34-7. I was stunned (we were ranked 12th, they were 24th). Then ripped off 4 wins vs avg teams. Then we lost on the road at FSU. Beat Duke by 10. Then just got upset by BC at home 17-12.


I think one of the best things I’ve seen with this set is the DB play. ESPECIALLY the late game/half scenario covering the those Hail Mary passes the AI likes to do.

Currently playing Cal on the road, will post stats when done
